There were some great deals and it was affordable. The store is very clean and neat. The manager was super friendly as well. They give you a card at the end with all the information on your size and types that fit best which is very helpful. I came in to make a purchase and thought I found some great pieces but it took over 45min to ring up the person in front of me with only 2 people in the store and 2 employees. When the second employee started to ring me up she kept stopping to help the first. Ultimately I ran out of time after over an hour, I never anticipated it taking so long and it's no exaggeration. Even the first customer kept telling them no when they couldn't figure it out because she wanted to leave too. I asked that the employee put the items on hold and I'd be back. She had my name from waiting to purchase with my card and yet when I came back not only had everything been put back but the prices had changed and half of the items I had selected had been sold. Suddenly I was paying 3x the amount I would have, for fewer items overall. I honestly get better service online and yet they've lost my business.

I had a friendly employee guide me to an open fitting room, but once I got to the register (with a different employee) she had hardly said a word to me. I don't think I did anything to warrant a no-talking experience over the counter. Maybe she thought I wasn't the right size to be shopping there, I don't know. She just seemed really talkative to the customer ahead of me in line and fell silent when it was my turn to be rung up. I left happy with my purchase but that interaction just made me feel defeated. I know how it feels when someone thinks you don't belong somewhere. I was surprised that I dealt with that here.
