Andrew and Teresa went wayyyyyy beyond any of my expectations to help me out--and at the time, I wasn't even purchasing anything. We had the most amazing experience at this branch! Greeted by a friendly staff, Jazmine. For the longest time, I was in such a hunt for a vintage (1995-ish) PRE-LOVED Rolex 36 Gents Oyster Perpetual Jubilee in sterling/gold. They finally got 1! They have a lot of selections CERTIFIED by Swiss Crown and they had me look and try most of them but always putting in mind the one I was looking for. We did not feel pressured. Alice the assistant manager along with Claire took us to the Diamond Room and had me try their wonderful selection! 'Twas indeed a VIP treatment! Free Bracelet, really? no purchase necessary, I stopped by the Helzberg with my daughter, she also picked up a coupon. Helzberg opened its first location at Woodburn Outlet Mall in 2012. The store is nice, very bright, with lots of jewelry, esp. diamonds. & watches. They were busy that day, it was the week of Valentine's day. We didn't wait too long, until a nice gentleman, (dressed nicely in a suit ) helped us. I asked him, jokingly- free bracelet, whats the catch?! No catch at all, we just had to fill out a form and then we received our bracelet. The bracelet is worth $25.00,a pearl bracelet with charm that said "I am Loved". I love coming here. The customer service reps and repair man and managers are always nice to my family. They know all of us as soon as we walk in and they always remember the pieces of jewelry we have with out looking up out accounts. They always give us the best deals and wonderful advice. They have their own repair man as well. He can do anything from engravings to even replacing batteries In a watch. On the way home from a long road trip ,my daughter and I stopped in to check it out. . I had been looking for a few weeks for the perfect ring at all the well known jeweler's in the general Portland area. Ernest Pittaway greeted us warmly, despite our ragged, exhausted looks. He listened to my interests and helped me find the perfect ring. There was no pressure, no making us feel we didnt belong, and he was genuinely interested in helping me. My wedding ring is from Helzberg. I have a lifetime warranty where I need to have it checked every six months to keep it in good standing. I have taken it usually to the store in Washington Square. Generally there service has been good, and they repair things as needed. However, the last time I went to Washington Square, I asked for it to be resized. When I got it back, I thought it fit a tiny bit better, but it was still pretty snug. I just assumed my fingers were just fat! Anyway, then a couple weeks later, something happened where I noticed the shank on my ring was cracked and bending outward as if it was going to snap off. I had recently decided that I wanted to fuse my two bands together, so I went to the Helzberg store at the Woodburn Outlet mall because it is a lot closer to where I live now. Out of curiosity, I asked the lady behind the counter if she could give me the current size of my rings, and she said they were 4.75, which is the size they were before I asked them to be resized previously. No wonder they were still snug, they were never re-sized! Ok, so at the Woodburn location, I left my ring to be resized (again), fused together, and to fix the part that was cracked. I was really impressed when the clerk said that I could come and pick it up in 2 hours. At the Washington Square Mall, they take at least 7 business days. I wanted to stay, but I had prior engagements (lol) so planned to pick it up a week later. I was so happy to have my ring back, resized and fused as one! Yayyyy! I did notice that there were dark spots around the little diamonds, it looked like the tiny prongs were super short. Anyway, I figured I would just ask about it the next time. However a week or so later, I noticed that the crack was still there, and the shank was basically secured by having the ring fused, not by having the broken part fixed. So, needless to say, the work was partially done, but not all the way done. I am hoping the Jeweler just forgot, but man, just fix it the first time! I am going back in a week to speak specifically with the Jeweler, and perhaps I can give an update. I am definitely frustrated that I send the ring in to get fixed, and it comes back not fixed. read more

I have to give kudos to Helzberg, my fiancé bought my engagement ring from them, it's absolutely beautiful. We live 4 hours away and when I lost a stone and needed my ring sized, I called them to let them know and they told me they could fix it and size it in 2 to 3 hours if I drove up. So, bright and early Saturday morning I traveled up from southern oregon, when I got to Helzberg, I was told that it wouldn't be ready until Monday, I was very upset and explained I drove 4 hours and had called. They were so friendly, calm and comforting. They took my ring in right away, honored what they told me over the phone and returned it perfect in an hour! I'm so in love with my ring and really appreciate their customer service. Oh, and my daughter got some beautiful emerald earrings while we were there too!
