I have purchased clothing for my son and I can tell you that it has probably been five years and the shorts are still in impeccable condition. The store is great because they have great color options like red, royal blue, lime green bright orange, white and just about every other awesome color you can name. I grew so tired of just seeing khaki and denim that I just needed to branch out and explore other options and my son is very open to color in his wardrobe so this was a success. In addition to great shorts, they also have simple cotton tees in a variety of colors that are very affordable. I love the graphic tees because you can actually find choices that are not offensive and have appropriate messages or designs. Just know that there are no refunds, only exchanges so take time to actually try on your items before purchasing.

So I decided to come here, even though I absolutely dread coming to the mall. I've actually never been to this mall before, either. I am actually not a fan of outlets. Some people love them, and I think they have lots of patience, because picking through a hodge-podge of clothing, etc is not my cup of tea. This store did not seem organized to me, as far as the clothing goes, but they had a nice array of designer sunglasses. It was definitely cute and stylish, but for my child, no way! I thought if that was a sign of their "deals", I'd rather not shop there anyway. Service at the register for my return went off without too much aggravation from either side. She was initially kind of perturbed I was doing a return online, but I managed to get a small from her at the end. I didn't get my shipping cost back, but it's still worth it to have returned. I really doubt I'd be back here. The location is undesirable for me, and the selection of clothes haphazardly strewn about on racks all over the place does not appeal to me either.

This isn't my normal Marshall's but I was in the area for an appointment and stopped in. They are…read moredoing a great job during this crazy time of COVID-19. They are limiting the number of customers that can come in. They are also sanitizing the carts before they give you one. They have marks near the cash registers indicating how far apart people should stand in line. The cashiers spray down their area after each customer. I was impressed at how focused they are on ensuring I have a safe shopping experience. The employees were friendly and helpful. The shelves are not fully stocked yet but they were busy putting up new things while I was there. This was the third TJMaxx/Marshall's I went to today and I was super excited to find the hand soap that I needed and haven't been able to find anywhere else. It's something that I always bought at Marshall's in the past but have been unable to find for months. It seems like they are starting to get in new stock. Things are looking up. I think they did a great job.

I found a pair that fit but a little too long so alterations are needed. I found a cute top but none in my size. The prices are in my opinion moderate or reasonably priced. Tops ranging from $16 to $34. The jeans are the same price. H&M was hit hard maybe 7 or 8 years ago regarding racist ads but PR was hired for damage control and it worked. The selection and quality of the merchandise are good and customer service is still a work in progress but they were all friendly If you're in the Webb Ginn area check out this location.

The service is usually pretty good. The staff are mostly helpful and on the floor to assist. Will come back any time I'm in need of some pieces!
