That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. For now, I'm going to give them three stars and hope for the best. I'm hoping this love story will still have a happy ending.

This is review is for the Dunwoody DSW that is located near where I live. This store is in the Perimeter area in the Perimeter Village shopping center, and it has a big parking lot which means ample parking spaces. This is a big DSW, with lots of wide aisles so you don't have to worry about tripping over people while they're trying on shoes, or being stepped on while you're trying on shoes. There are shoes for the whole family (wait, I'm not sure if they have baby shoes, but, then, do babies really need to wear shoes?), and this is a big store that is well light throughout. I like that this is one of those stores where most adults can walk in and see which section interests them because the shelving isn't that tall. Single shoes are displayed as samples on the shelves, with the inventory for that shoe below in boxes so customers can easily locate the shoes size they need and try them on. The men's section is on the far left side of the store as you walk in. I was surprised with the various types (formal looking, casual, flip flops, sandals, boots, oxfords, etc.), quality (well made leather to shoes you know are going to only last one season), and prices (starting under $20 to over $100) of men's shoes. I found comfortable work shoes at decent prices. I'm glad I'm not one of those shoe hoarders, because I know I would've bought way too many pairs of shoes than I need. Just realize that Designer Shoe Warehouse is more warehouse than designer, since you won't find any high end designer shoes here. This place is definitely the store to come to when you want to save money vs quality department stores. Customers can save even more money by finding shoes that they like on clearance. The men's clearance racks are also on the left side but waaaaaaaay in the back. Shoes on sale, some at deep discounts, can be found in this section. There is only one checkout line that leads to multiple registers. Unfortunately, there were only one registers open with many people waiting in line when I was there. Overall I'm a fan of this store.

Very poor service for a neighborhood place that's trying to remain relevant in an Amazon world. So my daughter came home and we ordered some cute shoes (size 12 girls kids) with rainbows and unicorns. Now Amazon is suggesting other products, which I just picked up two more pairs, which were cheaper than I normally pay at this boutique. This is a good example of how neighborhood boutiques need to provide superior service and merchandising to their important neighborhood clients. Don't close your doors early. Let people come in. Be thankful they have chosen to drive to your store rather than use Amazon or Zappos.

However, when browsing clearance racks, it's important to double-check the tags, as items are sometimes misplaced and may not be marked down as expected. I visit this store regularly, and I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Though the lines could move faster. Sometimes they have 10 people in line with only two registers open. That said, I would recommend avoiding weekends if possible, as those are typically the busiest times. As for the manager, I've had positive interactions in the past.
