I love clothes! They had some clearanced items that were for $4.99 and they were beautiful tops that I can wear either to work or during my random dress up days. They have a petite section where I found some nice-looking tops that fit me slightly better than the regular XS sizes. They also have some dresses and cute sweaters but I did not try any dresses on. I will definitely come back during the spring and summer to check out their selection as that is usually the time when I would wear more dresses. The associates were friendly and helpful and asked me if I needed help a time or two while in-store. During checkout, I was told that the clearance items I bought were final sale. I appreciated that little warning, just in case I change my mind about one of the items. The store is also fairly organized, considering they had tables of different sweaters that were on sale and shoppers constantly making a mess off of the stacks.

Staff members write your name in chalk on the door of the fitting room when you go on to try clothes and will grab different sizes for you if you need! That being said, clothes here are definitely on the pricier end (shorts for $36, tops $50s, dresses from $70-120s) but the dresses are really good quality. There is a section towards the back that is clearance/sale where you can find stuff significantly marked down (from $78 down to like $30). However these are often XS or XL sizes.

My most recent visit, I lucked out because one of my favorite shirts was on sale. I went a little crazy and bought it in three different colors. The pricing here is very budget friendly. The service is always great here. They're attentive and friendly. I giggled as I read my old review before writing this new one. Again, I talked about my dog and showed pictures to the sales associate. No frisbee this time, but I like chatting with dog lovers. I'll use the same closing as I did last time, "This is the perfect factory store for the man who wants a preppy or classic look." Also, those who still have to dress professionally for their jobs.

After being followed around the store for the first 10 mins I tried to ignore the behavior and go try on the items I had picked out. While in the dressing room trying on about 7 or 8 items and changing I was repeatedly asked to give back the items that I did not want. I had not even made a decision-I was floored that in the middle of me trying on clothes-she wanted me to open the door and give her shirts/shorts back that I hadn't even made a decision about. I did not get to even finish trying on the clothes before giving up and putting my clothes back on. At no point did I feel welcomed or valued as a customer. She showed complete lack of respect for my privacy in the dressing room and basic courtesy. I am sure I am not the first person to be treated like this at this location but I do hope that I am the last. I went right next door to Banana Republic and had a wonderful experience. Please do not shop here -there are other locations that will treat their customers this way.

The first visit, I was assisted by an amazing rep that helped me with jean selection, and fitting; she was so helpful, patient, and kind. The second visit I dropped off a pair of jeans for altering that I had shipped to my house. It was a different rep, but once again, there was the same patience and kindness. Fast forward month to today, I picked up the last pair of jeans I dropped off for alterations, and the rep was once again, nothing short of wonderful! I explained my jeans were probably long overdue to be picked up, but she went in back without hesitation, the rep reappeared with a smile and my jeans. I felt bad that it took me so long to get back to the store, but The Buckle treated me remarkably each visit. Now, here's the reason for four stars versus five. The jeans are very comfortable, but very trendy. I really need a "nice" pair of dark washed jeans, and The Buckle was unable to deliver. I know it's the current style, but I just need dark washed jeans without holes or bling.
