The food is the best ever! We have never had better tortellini in all our lives. But most impressive is the staff. We arrived before opening but the owner took us in anyway and let us relax for awhile until they opened (and they opened a half hour early for us). The chef gave us some complimentary aperitifs and chips while we waited. They also gave us each a little post card with a history/story of the village. It was a fun take home gift. When they did open, they took us back to the dinning room and provided us the best service ever! Our waiter suggested we try the "misto" which was three types of tortellini. What a great suggestion. We absolutely loved every one of them. The bruschetta was also outstanding. When we departed, the waiter and owner greeted us personally and thanked us. But we truly thanked them for the best Italian dinner we have had yet. Definitely a return spot and we can highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you Alla Borsa.

There were supposed to open at 12:30pm for lunch, so we queued up since it was only 12:20. They didn't open until 12:40, but it was worth the wait (and we got an amazing riverside table to boot)! We got both the tortellini brodo dish and the one with sage butter. Both were amazing. Pro tip: if you have any broth left, drop some of the buttered ones in there and you get double yumminess!! Besides the view, our server was nice and spoke English. Inside the restaurant was a pretty interesting antique decor. It wasn't a cheap lunch, but one pays for the view ;) We got a half bottle of local wine, salami plate, 2 tortellini dishes, and 2 cappuccinos for 60 Euros.

I tried their combo of three different Tortellini and they were all very delicious. My favorite was their original tortellini. It was so fresh and flavorful. The place is huge with inside/backyard seating. Outside they have really cool kitchen decors. The service was top notch. I would definitely be back!
