They are very rude. If you don't look like you're gonna drop a fortune in there they completely ignore you. The one standing up from the front wouldn't even look up from her laptop. The other worker was talking to her friend and when I asked her how much a bag was she screamed 180 and kept talking to her friend. Tory Burch doesn't have that many outlet locations for whatever reasons. So we are lucky to have one here...A lot of her stuff can be found on Nordstrom rack's website off season but they sell out quick and its usually some off size that only one person on the planet can wear... Tory Burch in case you aren't aware is the Liz Claiborne of our time. I think Forbes magazine describes her style as preppy meets boho. It's Lily Pulitzer meets Anthropology and had lunch with Louis Vuitton. If you google her story it's rather impressive. She started her company in her kitchen in 2004 and less than 10 years it has made her a billionaire.... Of course she had a little help from Oprah who is a big fan of her clothes and promoted her fashion line on her popular show. I've shopped in her stores overseas several times because I find the sizing is better for me. My shoe size is closer to a C width and all the retailers carry only a B width in the states...anyway I was in the area and wanted to check out the outlet store which I am happy to say is a real outlet with steep prices. I believe these are from their retail stores because I don't see "factory store" on the labels...it's great for those looking for an item that is sold out online or in their retail store or for those looking for a matching wallet for a Tory Burch purse that I can't seem to find...great addition to the area...definitely worth taking a look if you are in the area and are a fan of the brand.... read more

Nice store. Merchandising is well done, though a bit cramped (makes sense for an outlet store). Pretty pricey (the sale today was 30% off and the items I co soared were full retail price). Great selection if you're into this brand. Check it out but beware, it may be PACKED with shoppers. read more

I was given a pair of slides as a gift out of the box. The slides were to wide for my foot. I hit them in June of this year and treed to exchange in August. I live in Nashville where there is not a Tory Burch outlet. I came to Atlanta to exchange them with my receipt at the Premium Outlets for something else and was turned away. Please advise!! I frequently shop at Tory Burch and am very upset as to why I can't exchange a pair of slides that are too wide and purchase something else. The associate was very dismissive and said the policy was 7 days to exchange. I would have spent more than the $100 the slides cost. I went to purchase a purse for my daughter also. When I was told there was a Tory Burch outlet I immediately faked sickness at work to head north! I literally skipped in the door and continued skipping to the shoe section. 40% off this seasons shoe selection-yes please!! 3 pair later I was on a retail high! The team here is so kind and so accommodating. I tried on a lot of shoes, even asking opinions on sizing and style. It was like shopping with girlfriends! I appreciated their opinions even telling me no on a neon green shoe! Loud and clear! One of the team members even found a previously sold out pair of flips flops in the back, literally digging through boxes. This may not seem like much to you but as a shoe addict her extra effort meant a lot to me! I walked in this store after driving two hours and the ladies were awesome. I couldnt remember the name of the bag I wanted. They worked with me to find it and helped me pick out a wallet that suited my needs. Well it happened to be my birthday, I didnt know I had a $50 off coupon from TB in my email. I finished my transaction, then found the coupon... they were happy to apply the coupon even though my original transaction was complete. Well I was ecstatic and knew I would return to this store. Well it gets better.... yesterday I received a hand written note from Corinne my sales associate. She thanked me for my purchase, mentioned the bag I purchased, and even referenced a conversation we had in the store 20 days ago!!! WOW!! Now that is customer service.... Went into the store specifically to shop and buy several items. I came into the store, where there were 4-5 employees separated into the different sides of the store. There were only two other shoppers in the entire store. Literally NOT ONE offered to help me or offer sale info, despite repeatedly doing so for the other two shoppers. I was in this store for nearly 30 mins. The only person I noticed was the male employee who seemed to be security, and whom hovered over me as if I was a security threat. Despite purposely directing myself into each employees view, they somehow managed to avoid doing their job for the entire time. Having the irony of the large amount of money in my handbag meant to be spent at this store arguing with the complete and total lack of service and professionalism strike me, I decided to ask one employee what was on sale today and what would be the best deal in the store. Employee disappointed me with a non answer. Everything is on sale today basically. *Management, do better work. I am a business owner, and this is totally unacceptable and not professional in a store, particularly one of the caliber of Tory Burch* I decided to spend only a fraction of my intended amount here and bought a bag, jewelry and sandals. Just went into the store to ask a question about my shoes (the miller classic) and cleary they are no help. The threading of the shoe was tearing apart after just two times of being used, so I went in to see if i could do anything about them. The ladies at the store were looking at the shoe and then one of the employees and the so called "manager" compared it to the displayed shoe. They said that even threading of the displayed shoe was tearing apart, so I went to see for myself and it was not as nearly as bad as mine. As a manager you should help make with the costumers issues with valid reasoning. The customers always come first when working in retail. read more

TORY BURCH OUTLET STORE! Tory Burch is one of the newer stores located in the Dawsonville Outlet Shopping Center. It is located next to Saks Off 5th toward the rear of the shopping center. I am strictly writing this review for those who are fans of this brand and just want to know that it is now located in Dawsonville. This store just does not fit my aesthetic but obviously some people like it as it was busy during our visit. This particular store carries shoes, a few clothing items, and a huge selection of bags and wallets. When I am actually looking for a nice leather bag, it has to literally call me over which means it must be attractive, look like leather and smell and feel like leather. If I walk into a store, (as I did during this visit), and never touch one single item, that is a bad sign. I am simple when it comes to bags so I don't want any extreme treatments or embellishments as I need quality and function. Although I love color, I was not interested in the color choices available here as much of what I saw was coral and baby blue. The one thing that will turn me away from specific designers is a big garish LOGO. Tory loves branding her bags with her large LOGO and that is just not my thing. If it is not my initial or monogram, it needs to be small and subtle. Oh well, now you know! read more

I've been to this store 3 times and have had nothing but a great experience! Everybody has been friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. When I couldn't decide what to do about an item, the ladies helped me decide - it was like shopping with friends! I am not a fan of big logos and Tory Burch offers both big and unobtrusive looks. I would give 0 if I had the choice. I bought a pair of boots from the store last week. It did not fit well, so I took it back for return. Surprisingly, the store manager told me it is final sale and cannot be returned. Ok, apparently no one told me it was final sale at check out. I thought it is routine to disclose to customers on final sale items at checkout in every store. The same say I made purchase at lululemon which is next door to Tory burch, they even mark it clearly on the receipt "all sale final". The store manager was very rude. She does not accept any other solution such as store credit or exchange. she has "i don't care and it is all your fault" on her face. read more

This is 4th time visiting this location and they NEVER acknowledge me or speak whenever I shop. My mom and I just left after making a couple transactions and no one said anything to us until AFTER we purchased. If it weren't for the good deals, I would not shop at this location. The return policy was not honored as stated. I went back to return an UNWORN pair of shoes within the 14 day return period. The salesperson examined the shoes and said they were worn and would not refund my credit card, which was my original form of payment. She would only offer a same day exchange. She would not even give a store credit to be used at a later time. read more

If I could put no stars I would. I have been to this outlet store twice. Both times were a negative experience and it has been a year in between. This last time I was there was today. I shopped at the outlets for a couple of hours as a break in my 5 your car ride. My card had no problems all day until I got to Tory Burch, I put my card in and it declined it. The lady at the register said the same Thing happened to another woman the day before and kept declining and then accepted it. So I did that 3 times and then she just stood there and stared at me, I said can we try a different card reader like what are we doing here. She stared at me for like 30 more seconds before saying "I guess we can?" Then Just stood there confused. We tried the other one with no success until I finally just said forget it, I'll go to Kate Spade and buy my wallets. Once again, register girl just stared at me blankly. So I walked the sidewalk over to Kate Spade and bought my stuff there with NO PROBLEM! And any time someone else hopped in line, another associate from the floor happily jumped onto a machine to help the customer have a fast, friendly experience which I can't say TB did. Overall it was a very negative experience. And last time I was at TB there were 5 employees all talking amongst themselves and completely ignored me. Only to stop if I said excuse me, then went back to their own convos. So just skip this outlet and go to the Kate Spade outlet at the same complex or go to the real Tory Burch store where they value you as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! I went to the outlet store in Dawsonville. They do not honor the return policy on the receipt!!!! I bought some shoes from this store a few months from the time the store was opened. I didn't notice that they were damaged until I got home. I took them back and they let me exchange them for another pair of different shoes since they didn't have my size anymore in the same ones. I walked around the house that day to see if I liked them and noticed they were cutting the back of my ankles really bad to the point they were bleeding really bad from going up the stairs at my house. I took them in the next day to return them and spoke with the manager of the store. He was the rudest manager I had ever met. He is the reason no one likes this store and it is doing horrible. He didn't care when I showed him my bloody ankles and instead accused me of wearing them outside, which I never did. He cares about money more than the customers which is not going to make this store more money but instead customer service will. He said there is no one higher up than him and that I am stuck with these shoes that made my feet bleed from the material. The products sold here are clearly NOT (I have proof) the same quality as the real Tory Burch store. They sell products for less but are horrible material and quality with just the Tory Burch logo on them. You are only paying for the logo on all THEIR products. It is not the same stuff from the store at all. Only go to the regular Tory Burch. You get what you pay for and the customer service as well. I've returned many shoes at Tory Burch mall at Lennox and never had a problem and they went over and beyond for me. The quality difference is huge and it's really not much more in price either. Never go here trust me! It's worse than Walmart customer service (manager) and has Walmart products with the Tory Burch logo on it for a few hundred less. (Confirmed by the regular Tory Burch store that they do not sell the same products the outlet does and that they sell different materials (higher quality materials and products on their own). It's a completely different store. Waste of money and the manager was cocky and rude. He is money hungry and made the entire experience there for everyone terrible. He should be fired if they haven't already replaced him. Shop at the main Tory Burch in the mall never outlet. Customer experience is incredible and the products I have used for years with no problems INCLUDING 100s of pairs of shoes!!!!! Plus ( you get 10% off any purchase if you sign up for email) and Bloomingdales also discounts their Tory Burch products down to around the same price this outlet sells them for. Never go to the outlet or you will regret it. (My heels have healed now but it took months later after wearing the shoes that one time in house- thanks but no thanks money hungry manager)!
