On a recent trip to Atlanta, aside from trip agenda, we were staying with some friends and it was going to be the 2nd time being around their baby. He had just crossed one year old and we just had to go shopping for him! We were going to do it in advance but another option was to find a spot on the way. This outlet place was about 1-1.5 hours out of the way but very doable. It worked out great! We found a baby store, loaded up on baby clothes and toys. We were there around 3-5 in the afternoon. It was an easy in-easy out. The place has so much parking. The layout is a bit weird. Instead of being circular or squared off like most of these places... it seemed like a long line of stores on each side. Not a huge deal but it did seem like more walking than what most of these places provide. They have all the typical stores. We looked around some but were just trying to make it to our destination so we didn't stick around too long. read more

Saturday was the BEST! Late July the sales were huge! All 4 of us left with BAGS of goods!! The food courts is literally tables & restrooms, no actual restaurants. Food trucks are along the parking lot, even a Chick fil A. This is pretty cool, I guess but certainly takes away from the old school days where we spent HOURS & actually took a break with lunch. At least they had options. This is a BIG outdoor outlet mall layed out in rows. So many high-end options. Carhartt, Kate Spade, Crocks, Levi, LeCruset, Lulu Lemon... etc. Sunglasses, Jeans, Shoes, Cookware, Childrens, books, food... you name it, they have it!!! Wear comfy shoes!! It was a very hot day when we went, thwy have several benches & spaces to get out of the elements. All 1 story, ground level, lots of parking & a good way to get your steps in. Save $$ for the trip. Great outlet w/an unexpected amount of stores to choose from - there were some closed up shops but none of the major stores that you would be visiting this spot. The Lululemon store had a decent selection, the Vans store had some great footwear options but also some amazing clothing pieces. Sephora wasn't much different from any other Sephora location so not a true outlet. The Hollister store did have some great sales as well... Overall pleasantly surprised. read more

Had a wonderful experience shopping here yesterday and have been going here for many, many years ever since I was a child. They are currently renovating the cafeteria area, so plan to eat before or after your shopping trip. I did notice 1-2 food trucks there but assuming that's just a weekend thing, and one was just Italian ice and the other was an Indian cuisine food truck. Smelled delicious! During my trip I was craving something sweet, and stopped into a local produce shop called City Produce, and they have a ton of local produce and yummy candies! I walked away with some watermelon licorice - random, but delicious. They have what feels like an endless amount of stores here at the outlets, and the prices do feel a bit more reasonable and discounted, especially for the pricer more upscale brands. They have opened a lot of new stores that I don't remember like LuluLemon, but some have also closed. Staple visits definitely include Nike, Adidas, J Crew, and Carter's/OshKosh for baby girl. I also had good luck at the Rack Room Shoes here, but I feel like the discounts weren't that different from their regular stores. It's definitely more crowded here on the weekends, and with the holiday season around the corner I'm sure it's only going to get busier even during the week, but I highly recommend coming here on a nice weather day to enjoy a walk and some shopping in North Ga! read more

North Georgia Premium Outlets is a wonderful outlet store not too far from Metro Atlanta and has a wide selection of great stores. You can spend the whole day there exloring and shopping all the excellent stores or just a short time if you know what you are looking for at one or two places. The parking is plentiful and just know it is a very big Shopping outlet. The food court is being upgraded soon and should have some options to choose from but for now an Auntie Annie's pretzel kiosk is in the middle. Value is excellent here and the service at the stores is kind and easy going. 5 stars! read more

The Lululemon outlet staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were the most friendly Lululemon staff I have encountered! 5 stars for them! Nike store was very neat and tidy: which sometimes was rare. Staff was very helpful as well, despite the business of it. 5 stars! We bumped into the National Outlets Shopping Day: which was wonderful. However the booth closed early due to the thunderstorms. We saw quite a few shoppers had a very large thick-plastic shopping bag: that would be very nice to have. We missed it! Will come again. Lots of stores, selections and varieties were good. Value was good too, prices are affordable and outlet prices. Parking was easy and plentiful. read more

One of my favorite places to shop other than Dawsoncille Outlets. It was clean well lit and the staff was super friendly. My man had a weird coughing spell while in Tony Hilfiger and the staff member stopped her check out to run and grab some water. This helped tremendously as he then said he felt dehydrated before he drank it. This by far would get me to come back. Watch shoe fixed my expensive item and we shopped at 7-10 stores while we were there. read more

Nice array of stores with good customer service but the selection of items is pared down to the absolute minimal with the exception of Coach, Bath & Body Works and a few more. Nike was a huge bust. First stop here was the bathrooms by the food court after driving up with husband on a Tuesday morning. Bathrooms were clean and there was even a nursing room/changing room which I thought was thoughtful for young mothers. The food court is closed for renovations so it was a little spooky, but no scary people lurking in the corners. The last time I came here was in 2010, so it looks a little bit run down since then. Fortunately, I was able to score an amazing deal at the second shop I visited (thank you Versace) and saved 75% on a $2000 dress. And the staff is super friendly at the two stores I visited. So yes, if you live in Atlanta, it is worth the 45 minute drive since I basically saved myself $1500. I came on a Tuesday morning so the stores were not crowded and I got all the attention to find the perfect dress for a work ceremony for my husband. This is usually my go to outlet mall because of the constant deals and wide variety of stores. The area is very large so there in plenty of parking, are it is never overly crowded with guests. It's easy to navigate due to the user friendly maps and signs, and every store has whatever you may need from clothes to shoes to furniture. There is also a food court that has some pretty decent options ranging from burgers to fried rice. The service here is usually very quick with very friendly workers there as well. read more

Sadly this outlet mall looks dilapidated and forgotten. The bathrooms are filthy, the mall itself has plenty of stores but the quality of the merchandise is terrible. You can't really find any good deals anymore and it just looks worn down. It is a nice area to walk around and parking is easily accessible. I went to the North Georgia Premium Outlet in search of pickleball shoes. My first stop was Nike. Searched for help and finally found a gentleman leaning on a wall with his eyes glued to his phone, and asked politely for help with court shoes. He stated Nike doesn't stock court shoes. What? I was in shock. Pickleball is fast becoming an extremely popular sport and no court shoes. My next stop was Reebok. I spoke to a cashier originally from the Bronx (wish I could remember his name) and man did he know his shoes. A true salesman and yes, I bought these Nano court shoes, and am extremely happy with them. Thank you Reebok for hiring such a pleasant professional to work in your store. read more

I love This outlet it's so far out on Georgia 400. It has a food court with limited food options. It Gucci, Temu, Nike, Ugg, American eagle, Arie, Timberland, and a lot more. This place is big. It depends on what you are looking for as for as value. I went for the Ugg store because the last time I came. The Ugg store had a lot of different boots for really cheap. My family and I were here first thing on Sunday morning. We made it there around 12 noon. It was a nice day outside. Not to hot, which is the perfect temperature for a out door mail. It was not crowded. Plenty of parking. I like this place because you can park in the front or back. Due to covid all stores require a mask. I don't mind that. I think it's important for us to protect each other. Some people have underlying conditions and I think they will feel safe here. They have a nice selection of stores. Most stores also have a capacity requirement now. So if it's over 10 people in the store you may have to wait until those people come out. Lastly they have a nice food court area. I think they would have gotten 5 stars if all of the stores that I went to had sales. I recommend that you do a little research before buying certain items. My husband bought a jacket from the Levi outlet for one price and I bought the same Levi jacket at another store on sale for cheaper 1 day later. Outlet does not always mean cheaper. This store never disappoints! I had a brief chat with Danielle, the store manager, and she just understands proper customer service and who to hire. It's great to see so many teenagers and people starting out their 1st job working. We all know if you save up in your younger years, you will have an abundance of wealth when you're older. I love their jackets. It fits my broad shoulders and "womanly chest, lol." I also bought a light camaflouge pair of pants. Dont get intimidated by the nice display outside. I bought a dress for my daughter on June 21st and because she was not with to me try the dress on, I thought she can try it on at home and if it doesn't fit I can always return it or exchange it. Well, that did not happen. Took the dress home, daughter tried it on, it was too small so I decided to take it back to Express the next week and the staff told me, "oh you can't return this dress because the price ends in 0.97." WTH!!!!!!!!!! I told her, well the staff didn't say anything on the day I bought this dress. Don't you think that the customer should know the return policy "if it is different than normal, 30-60 day". Then she points the policy on my receipt. Excuse me...who pays attention to a "out of the blue policy" on a RECEIPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not just that but no where in the store does it mention this DUMB policy. She goes to talks to her manager and comes back with the "She said can't return it because of the 0.97 policy". I told her next time maybe you should mention that to the customers so they are aware of this stupid policy. Now I have a dress that is doesn't fit my daughter and is going to sit in the closet for who knows how long. If it was like a $15-$20 dress, I would be ok with it sitting in the closet but this was $50.00 dress. She didn't even apologize. She just looked at me put the dress back in my bag and walk out. I remember years ago when I heard they were going to build an outlet in "Dawsonville" I thought...is that in Tennessee? or in Georgia? Of course I remember in middle school when they were going to build Northpoint Mall and at the time Alpharetta was just farmland? I remember asking my dad "who's going to go there? No one lives in Alpharetta." Ya, if you've ever been stuck on Mansell or Windward Parkway on a hot Tuesday afternoon around 5:30pm you wish for those day. It's been years and years since I've been up here. I was up here when they first opened years ago and then about 5 or year years ago. I'm not a huge outdoor outlet fan in general. (I never feel that I'm getting a true bargain.) This outlet mall is nice and as some heavy hitters like Tory Burch, Pottery Barn, Burberry and Lulu Melon. Love these outlets! My husband and I have been coming to these for years now. When we lived a bit closer we would just pop by whenever we had some extra time on the weekends. It is probably a good thing we aren't quite as close, because we always end up walking out with several bags of goodies from here. My latest and greatest experiences have been at the Kate Spade store, Johnston & Murphy, Nike, West Elm Outlet, & Tory Burch. Employees are friendly & helpful at these stores and you can find some good deals if you look. My only complaint is the bathrooms have been gross the past couple of trips--clean bathrooms and this place would be 5/5 for me! Great place to find gifts, work attire, casual wear, and home goods. There are even luxury brands like Burberry, Prada, & Jimmy Choo, but I just window shop those places. read more

ARMANI EXCHANGE REVIEW I used to like shopping here, but while browsing in the Armani exchange store today while also carrying several shopping bags full of things I'd already purchased around the mall, an older white gentleman came up to me and said, "that's very expensive" regarding the item I was looking at. This, before I could even tell him what size I would like to try on. I said well I don't think it's expensive. He said: it's $1000. I said okay. I can afford that. Do you think I can't? Why did I feel like he was telling me - no - warning me about this because I am a black woman? He made a judgment about what I could afford? I know he grew up in Georgia at a time when black people couldn't own property or get married or get hired, but please keep up, sir. I make that paper. Respectfully, sir, unless you have x-ray vision you don't know what kind of cash or credit card I'm carrying around with me. I let Clark Kent know very nicely and gently (because he needed to know) that I had just been shopping on Rodeo drive in Beverly Hills last week and purchased something from Ralph Lauren that cost even more. Then I realized he didn't even know what the heck I was talking about. I drive the 40 minutes that it takes to get to this outlet several times a year and have always been glad that I did. There are times when I am here that I go to specific stores and times when I am just looking around. On all of these occasions I have found many many great deals. Our favorite stores to visit here are the Lululemon outlet, the vera Bradley outlet, the north face outlet, and the banana republic outlet. If you go online you can sign up to be a VIP member. When I did it, it was free. When you show on your phone that you are a member you can go to customer service in the food court area and get a coupon book that has helped me save lots of money. You can also get the coupon book for free if you have a military ID. This outlet is very easy to walk around and I have always found the people working there to be very helpful and friendly. There is tons of parking and you can park in front of or very close to any store you would like to visit. If you are looking for some great deals, I would definitely recommend a visit here. read more

My husband and I decided to take a random drive to the North GA Premium Outlets to do a little retail therapy. We haven't been since probably 2018 but this is still our favorite outlet to shop. There are a ton of stores to choose from and there's something for every budget. Since it was a weekday, there were not a lot of people so I was happy that it wasn't crowded and there is plenty of freeeee parking so a win win allllllll around! Not my favorite outlet mall (Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta gets my primary business) but this comes a close second. It is a rather huge mall with all the stores you can think off. Yelp check-ins get you a complimentary discount booklet which you can pick up at the food court service center (AAA is another way to get a complimentary book). Food court in my opinion is mediocre and the discounts are usually a hit or miss. If you are looking for Lululemon or Tony Burch, I think this is the only outlet mall that has them. 50 min drive from Atlanta, so if you are in the mood for a good drive and have some $$ to spend, this is the place for you. read more
