I waited for 2 hours to see the doctor, i would recommend going elsewhere. Especially if you need any sort of "urgent" care.

Don't go there!!! First come first serve there and appointments don't matter. Only if you don't have color to your skin you will be well taken care of. But if not you're going to be in there for hours just to have a 5 minute conversation with the doctor. People with color of their skin let them have it, because you will be mistreated and ignored with your needs. That urgent care is trash. Shut this place down!!! read more

I have been here before but today I was sicker than usual coming down with a cold or flu of some sort. I checked in online and was glad to know that I would be first seen when they opened there doors. I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist and escorted back to a room expeditiously. EMT Tyler was so knowledgeable and pleasant as he asked symptoms questions. FNP Erin was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable as well and understood my pain quickly. PCT Megan was very helpful and understanding as she explained the medications I was receiving. I really love this urgent care. Overall they are always kind and considerate and helpful to to a sick patient. read more

I had a workman's comp injury I was in pain and really uncomfortable. They put me in a hot room for 45 minutes then a nurse came asked all the same questions as reception did, then the Doctor came in asked the same questions then did a quick exam X-Rays and 3 hours later finally got to leave. Apparently COVID 19 testing takes priority over someone in pain. Getting released to return to work the following week was not much better, waited 20 minutes to be called back then put in a room ( this one was cool though ) every 15 minutes I was told I was next. Finally got to see a doc and 1 1/2 hrs later out. Still COVID 19 is the priority. They either need more Docs or more nurses , but I will not return here. Next time I'm sticking with my personal physicians. read more

I went in to get a sore throat checked out. I called ahead to confirm the prices of someone who would be paying out of pocket. They told me it would be $99 to be seen and any procedures would be extra. I made it very clear that finances were a big issue from the get go. So at every turn I asked if there was an extra charge. Well I assumed that a strep throat test was a part of the "being seen" charge. And I admit, that was my oversight. Cause It was not and the shot that I was given was extra, which they told me but I asked how much it would be and then told me it would be $10 extra. So I thought, "oh okay, $10 is not bad, I'll go ahead and get the shot." Well, it was $10 per dose and they didn't tell me that nor did they tell me that they were giving me 4 doses. So when I left I had an extra $73 dollars I owed, and you can imagine my confusion as to why $10 went to $73. After some explanation by the lovely office staff, we figured out our the problem. I was really upset...like crying upset. Not because of the money but because I felt like someone had misguided me about my own body. I already have issues about trusting doctors and I told them that, I made it clear from the get go that I was a nervous patient, that I had fears of needles. So, to find out that I was getting charged for four doses and I didn't even know that it was that cost nor that amount of dosage was really unsettling. In conclusion..they said they"were willing to take off the extra charge" of the shots. Which yes, I felt from a customer satisfaction standpoint that it was a good thing to do. But with all the good I could say about this place, the cleanliness, friendliness of staff, making sure a patient feels comfortable... I just can't help but feel uneasy about the extra shots charge and unclear communication. If you have another option, I would leave this urgent care center as your last resort. Keep in mind, when they say it will cost you "$99 just to get in the back room" they literally mean it. And they take payment up front. read more

I am in pain. Not feeling well. From the moment I come in the door at 7 pm I was greeted by Josh who took all of my information and was very pleasant dealing with. I was taken back by Mia and was evaluated. She is very sweet, got the IV in with no issues, took care of me and then the nurse practitioner came in she was really awesome, very informative and helpful. They did a medical background check, took vitals, gave fluids, checked my urine and ran a CT all within the hour. Very pleasant experience. I have been here twice now at this location for different issues and have had excellent service from every member who deals with me. This is how customer should be. read more

Came in without a scheduled visit and I was taken straight to a room. The staff were very polite and respectful. My wait was really short before Dr. Rowley arrived. She remembered me from a visit a year earlier. She was very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. She never pushed her own agenda on me but always consulted me and what I wanted. I will definitely return. Cost wise they only charged me for an office visit through my insurance. read more
