My husband assumed that it was because of the cold temperatures but nonetheless topped up the pressures in all four tires. A day later, the same message came on for the same tire. Upon the recommendation of a Clarksburg local, he called In & Out Tire, and was able to get a same-day appointment. They were able to diagnose and patch the problem (a piece of metal had punctured the tire), taking only 30-40 minutes from start to finish. He felt that the $23.14 charge was reasonable. We have now travelled back to Virginia (about 350 miles), and the tire held up perfectly. We hope not to need the services of In & Out Tire again, but if we do, we would definitely return to this business.

Mr. Payton is not a regular mechanic (I am 74 years old, so you can imagine that I have been to several mechanics, all before I moved in 1998 to Mr. Payton's area.) He is hands down the best mechanic I have ever had service my cars. He truly cares about his patrons, whether new or long-time customers. I have seen this in the past nearly 3 decades of being there having one of my cars serviced. He is not just extremely skilled and hardworking, he also checks everything that is even remotely connected to the problem you are having. He is totally thorough, and takes extreme pride in his work - and you get complete value from his service at a fair price. One day he will retire, and I will be at a loss to find another mechanic with his professionalism, dedication, and skill. I will not find one like him.
