Awesome service (we went in to have our SUV get a summer checkup. Everything was good, except the rim for one of our front tires was dented, resulting in a slow leak of air from the tire. They told us that instead of getting a new rim from Audi, they had a guy that could fix it for only $100! Boom! ... we hooked up with him and we got it back to the shop that afternoon. This business is under staffed and unprofessional. I will not come here again and recommend you go somewhere with less hype and better service. I came for a tire rotation and oil change at 8:30a i was the only one here. Needless to say 6hours later my car still wasn't done. The technicians have no urgency and wander around aimlessly while vehicles sit. They don't care about your time and will just leave you waiting for hours with no explanation. read more

So after my initial failure coming here, I decided to give it a second chance. I dropped my vehicle off with an appointment at 8 am because the brake light sensor came on and I told them about a vibration that happens in the vehicle when at partial throttle, fixed or not I needed the vehicle back at 4 so I could make a doctors appointment in Morgantown. At 3:40 I called and said I would be over in a bit to pick it up and upon arrival all the tires were still off and it was up in the air (this was at around 4). They got the wheels put on as fast as they could, updated me that though they replaced the brake sensor the light still didn't go off so they left the old one on there, they did a routine inspection and said the brakes and rotors were fine and checked the fluids and tread depth noting that I had a bubble on one of the tires. Though they were not able to fix it, they did try, didn't charge me, they give a 10% military/veteran discount and seemed to really care. Thank you Scott and Ramon. read more

A low tire warning at the start of a 6-hour road trip back home sent us to the Clarksburg Firestone to make sure we hadn't picked up a nail. I purchased new tires last Sunday in Indianapolis prior to leaving on a work trip. A few hours into the trip I noticed that one of the tires was making a noise but didn't really give it anymore thought since the tires were brand new. Tonight after dinner, I realized that the "noisy" tire was flat. I called this store at 6:57 PM and was told that the store closed at 7:00. I explained my situation to Scott Tustin, Store Manager, and he told me he would hold the store open so he could look at my car! Scott replaced my tire and pointed out that the sensor had not been checked/changed when the new tire(s) were put on my car! Scott was AMAZING! He not only stayed late to help me out, but he put a new sensor and a new tire on my car! It is rare today that you find people willing to go above and beyond for a customer and I would encourage anyone shopping for tires to go see Scott! This is an honest and ethical shop. We messed up what we thought was our transmission. The took the time to test drive it, and found out it was a tire problem. They could have easily taken advantage of us, but didn't. After they told us we needed a new tires, we offered to give them the business. They refused it, because the tires were Goodyear and the tread is different. Again, they could have taken advantage of us but didn't. So rare to find guys like this in the auto repair business. read more
