My name is Shadeana Nicholson and I have been in the Healthcare Industry for over 10 years, working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, Covid emergency care for the State of Florida and in-home care. I am licensed in 3 states. I started Total Complete Care to be able to provide personal and complete care to all my clients. I treat each and every client as if they were my own family member and I believe that is the way Healthcare should be.

She anticipated my mom's needs before my mom even needed to say something. She fixed her home, cooked meals, and kept the house exceptionally clean. She was phenomenal at communicating with us for any needs that my mom might have. Renata is a tremendous asset to your company. She never sat in the other room reading books, never was on her phone, and responded to my mom even by conversing. She added companionship, compassion , and comfort to the end of my mom's life and we are incredibly grateful.

When we tell him your expectations with regard to caregiving rather than saying he will try to accommodate my requests, he starts saying it cannot be done, almost borderline telling me my request is ridiculous and will not be met. I'm glad I found A Perfect Choice Homecare. A complete opposite of Granny Nannies.

I hired them for four hours every two weeks. They sent a young woman who came on time for the first two visits. On the third visit, the office called and said the person would not be coming because she had car trouble. Visiting Angels did not have anyone on call and did not have anyone else to send. Today, two weeks later when I called the office to confirm our appointment, they texted and called their employee and she did not respond. She was a no show again this week, and yet again, the office has no one else to send. I have to cancel my appointments yet again. The company is simply not reliable and did not seem to be at all concerned that their employee was a no show. The office person, Hope, seemed surprised when I told her their services were no longer needed. I'll be looking at other agencies but would NOT recommend Visiting Angels.

My mom had a stroke & was paralyzed on her right side. The therapists worked diligently with mom & she now has movement in right arm & can stand (with help). Mom was in the wing that had several residents with Covid, but she & her roommate did not test positive. The facility had Infectious Disease out to help them with cleaning & PPE protocals & moved all infected to a separate wing with a medical barrier. They did the work & it shows. Two years ago I spent much of my time moving through life in a wheelchair because of a serious foot injury. I was facing seemingly impossible odds when I met Dr. John Yee. While other physicians had given up on my case, Dr. Yee engaged his unending creative problem-solving skills suggesting unique treatments that resolved my problem and resulted in a much-improved lifestyle. As I began to improve, Dr. Yee suggested that an exercise program would be essential to my regaining strength and balance. He found a gym whose talented owner agreed to work with several of his patients recovering from serious medical issues. Under his direction, five of us we're pushed and challenged and we improved --- and then Covid-19 hit and the gym had to close. Dr. Yee then stepped in and offered to personally teach us martial arts strategies and techniques to continue our recovery using a virtual platform. Dr. Yee now coaches us in strength training, balance strategies and relaxation techniques and we continue to grow physically and mentally. His gentle concern has strengthened our minds, bodies and souls. Because of his concern, I am today a seventy-one-year-old woman, who had never been athletic, exercising 7 days a week, learning taekwondo and feeling stronger than ever. I am proud of myself for never giving up. I know that I owe this new life and confidence to my brilliant, challenging physician / life coach, Dr. John Yee. I will always be grateful to him for making the latter part of my life the best part!
