Worst ever... hired them to help transition my brother into an assisted living facility. Gave them…read morea list of items we wanted to focus on. (Get him outside and teach him how to sign in and out. Acclimate him to the facility, his new apartment, outdoor spaces, activities, etc.) First, they required a paper check payable for the first week... should have been the first red flag! Second, we had them for 6 days and had five different caregivers. One didn't speak any English and used her phone to translate and then read it from her phone. Not one of them took him outside or showed him how to sign in and out. (One of the main reasons for using their service to avoid his "eloping".) Twice they were more than an hour or more late. One got there and sat in his room for over an hour "waiting" for him to return from lunch...he needs mobility assistance... in the meantime he sat alone in the dining room until I happened to show up that day and ask where she was! I called the office and they contacted her and then she came down. In the meantime, he had soiled himself waiting for her. Brought him upstairs to clean him up and she didn't understand that he is a two person assist for showering... I had to find someone to help. Thank goodness I happened to be there that day! I could go on but this should give you an idea of quality of care. Totally unacceptable! Very expensive for very little care. Beware! Quality of the caregivers is subpar.

Often last minute…read morecaregiver cancellations without notification to family or learning last minute that a caregiver not coming. I've been able to "fill in" to care for my Mom but I'm exhausted. Can't count on them to come through. Thank goodness my Mom is of sound mind but unfortunately in a wheelchair with limited mobility. She doesn't require lifting-she can transfer to chair and bed. But she can't prepare her meals or shower and needs this assistance. Take are was highly recommended but can't deliver And care is expensive.Sharon M.

The doctor also affiliated with take care is horrible he gave very poor and uninformed care to my mother. Do not use them!!!
