The transport did not have working air conditioning so the 1-1/2 hour trip was extremely uncomfortable (wish we knew that at the start of the trip). Arriving in Ft Myers the transport broke down at the hospital and they had to move my husband by gurney across the parking lot to the correct entrance. Finding out from the driver that he was late to begin with because the transport didn't start before the trip. No response from a phone call placed to the Owner. This was an absolute nightmare of a trip. I wouldn't recommend this company ever.
