They charged me (3) times $25 each in a 3 min transaction of me transferring money. I was transferring exactly my balance. It should be obvious the system wasn't refreshing and it was accident. All MCECU had to do was send in the correct acct. number and the set loan amount would be paid each month! On April, May and June of 2024 they sent in the wrong account numbers for each of those months and the bank rightfully refused to pay my loan amount for each of those months so, MCECU started taking money out of my savings and and unbeknownst to me applied those funds to my loan each month until they depleted every dime I had saved and then sent me a notice saying that my acct. was delinquent for June because there wasn't enough money in the savings account to fully cover June's loan payment! After I found out what they did and how clandestine they were about trying to hide their mistakes I decided to pay the loan off and I did so in July but because I caused them so much trouble and named and reported people like Ken Swann, CEO, Casandra Peterson, April and Letisha, MCECU decided to report me as being late on paying them when I had auto pay set up and I had paid them in full? My credit score dropped 73 points because of their erroneous reporting but I'm consulting a consumer lawyer and plan to sue them for this arbitrary and capricious behavior towards me!
