The owner committed to doing it and then tried to cancel on me two days before the party. I begged him to do it and he said fine. I was still unsure he would even show up. He showed up with his co worker who was complaining the whole time that he was cold and didn't want to be there. They only put up the tent and left all of the side panels for us to put up ourselves because they said it was going to be too windy (which it wasn't at all). We had to put up the panels the day of the party which took much more time than we had to spend on this. They also left the wrong size panels and one had a hole in it so the tent was getting constant cold air in it. I called him because he said he could come back if we needed help. He ignored my calls and texted me and said just use the panels he left and cover the hole with tape. During the party the propane ran out and the tank froze. I called the owner and he ignored my call until I called from a friend's phone. He told me to go buy new propane if I wanted to use it. The last thing I was doing was leaving my party to go buy propane. He told me he was busy and he would call me back. He never called back. He texted me hours later and I told him I wasn't able to use the tent. He didn't respond until the next day to tell me he was coming to pick up the tent. Never offered any money back or any professional solution. completely unprofessional. We put half the tent together ourselves and couldn't even use it and he still charged me the full amount. Definitely save yourself the aggravation and find someone else to work with.

Linens were clean as they come. Prices I guess were reasonable. I picked up so I can't speak to delivery or setup. Loses one star for hard to get to hours.

    I recently used Clifton Park Rentals for my wedding, and while the end result was what we wanted, I…read morefelt like they were manipulative in their pricing. The online brochure states prices from 2006 (9 years ago!), and we didn't know this until after we met in person at the store and had someone survey our venue. When we pointed out that the new prices are 1.5-2x the online prices, they were not flexible or apologetic. 100% of their business is renting out the items on the brochure, so for them to "not realize this" for almost a decade is obviously a lure to get the customer's foot in the door. Finally, we had to remove about half the items on the invoice that they randomly added on for reasons unknown. When we asked to remove tent walls, their response was pretty much, "we will just keep it on the bill in case it rains. Check the weather and let us know by Monday if you don't need it." Of course this was the busiest week of our lives and we didn't let them know by Monday, since we had already in our minds let them know, but still they would not refund the items that never made it off the truck. Not exactly sure what all that money paid for... If you have an unlimited budget, you'll be happy with the quality of their items. However, if you care about bait and switch practices and company honesty, please don't use Clifton Park Rental. If we weren't planning this last minute, and literally had no other option (trust me, I called around), we would have dropped them the minute they charged us double what was quoted.

Seriously ladies, just imagine all the months you've planned so far,…read morethe endless hours doing research, the thousands of dollars you've spent, all of that.. just to find out it didn't go as planned. And why not? Because no one was there to execute it and make sure all of your planning didn't go to waste. AMANDA DOES IT ALL. I didn't have to worry about anything, I didn't have to burden my maid of honor, or my bridesmaids, or my mother, or my mother in law to do literally anything. Like, who's going to hang on to my lipstick? Amanda. My flower petals didn't get delivered, who ran out quick to buy some? Amanda. I hadn't paid all my vendors yet, who hung on to the money and took care of them? Amanda. Our bridal party took a limo immediately after the ceremony to reception, who made sure everyone's phones and bags made it to cocktail? Amanda. And lastly, who was able to take all of my personal items, our gifts, our main decor, you name it, and bring it to our bridal suite while we went on to our after party? Amanda again. Why would I want the people closest to me have to WORK and worry at my wedding. We were all able to have the most amazing time and I know I wouldn't have been in the right headspace to be able to enjoy it as much if I didn't have Amanda and her team executing every little detail that I had worked SO hard for. Call me crazy but I didn't want to work on my wedding day and you shouldn't either. They're incredible at what they do, I wish I had back up like that everyday! So thank you Amanda's Errands & Events, you girls really are priceless!
