They did not charge me a cent even after I asked them to for all the work they did. They simply handed me their card and asked me to call in the future. We spoke for quite some time. Very nice guys. I gave them $40 for lunch. This happened a year ago and the system has been working fine ever since. Because of their great customer service, Stone is officially my go to septic service company.

Also same company backed into are building 3 months ago and didnt say a thing about it I found the dually marks same day it happened so it wasnt something or somebody else.
