Great experience with budget bounce rental. We decided to plan a last minute birthday party on what I later learned was the busiest day of the year for bounce house rentals. The owners communicated with me soon after I emailed on a Saturday on Sunday. Communication was clear, helpful, and quick. The guys who dropped it off were nice, quick and professional as was the guy who came to pick it up. They dropped it off and picked it up when they said they would and the unit was exactly as advertised- clean and awesome. We had an amazing birthday thanks to the water slide combo. Thanks for accommodating our last minute request. One thing I would note is that while the slide can be used dry I don't think anyone should because the heat and friction of the material can hurt. Totally cured with a trickle of water. Also add little ball pit balls for added fun. read more

Today at the altamont fair I watched this man in the black shirt call a bunch of colored kids "animals" and literally was shewing them away with his hands after they said "sorry sir" ... he yelled at this sweet little girl in her face to get off the ride after saying he allowed kids to go on and now he's had enough. It was so very clear some of these people did not speak full english and the way the girl was crying frightened after he yelled at her, I felt so bad... Just weird how someone who's career is focused on working with children has no patience for them.. Will not even be letting this company around my children and hope they give this man's position to someone who doesn't scare children and ruin their time at the fair. :/ read more

I've used budget bounce several times over the last few years. I reserved a specific bounce for the 4of July this year. The guy showed up I gave him the balance in cash, 200. Upon him setting it up I realize it was not the right one, I let the delivery guy know he said he didn't realize and would put the right one up. Five minutes later he's telling me the guy who loaded the truck messed up and then he changed it and says he thinks he delivered my bounce to someone else. We get Molly Maikels the owner on the phone and she starts off extremely rude telling me this is the best they have my options are take it or leave it and they will credit me 50 for the difference. I ask her since he gave mine away let me have one of the others in his truck, she starts screaming at me that those belong to other parties and he can't disappoint them. So now I'm responding extremely upset that I'm the customer, you all messed me up, you're here earlier than requested and no one can resolve, she says no. Then says they will credit my credit card 50 versus him taking the 50 out of his pocket that I just gave him. Her reason as she continued to be nasty was this was their company policy. My kids were hugely disappointed but as I had a lot of kids coming I had no choice but to keep it. I followed up with an email to Molly and her husband Josh Maikels who is the co-owner about how i didn't appreciate the disrespect after being their customer and a frequent customer. Molly's response was I credited your card have a nice holiday. Needless to say we will never use them again and I will make sure everyone I know never uses them again. Molly Maikels is rude, disrespectful and should never be the face of any business. Also the bounce was not clean when we got it, leaves, juice boxes and all kinds of debris left in it. read more

We were planning to use them for a Holiday event and were given the wrong one (both parties were at fault). We then said okay charge us to get the right one and it's now been almost 3 hours and we haven't heard back on an update.They called us with a bogus excuse and said we would be refunded which we never were. We had nursery school kids waiting to use it who were extremely upset. read more

This is the WORST company to do business with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I reserved a bounce house for a private event and we agreed on a delivery time of 5 pm. The delivery people showed up at 3 pm! I was not at the site and I just happened to call the company to confirm they were all set for 5 pm and the disrespectful and rude woman on the phone started to berate me about how they called me the previous night to confirm and had been calling me for 45 minutes while at the site. I explained to her I had not received a single call and she proceeded to cut me off mid sentence and tell me my mailbox was full and they could not leave a message. I explained to her I am a professional and use my cellphone for my busy and she AGAIN cuts me off mid sentence to tell me my mailbox isn't set-up. So already she is clearly lying about calling and can't keep her story straight. I ask her if I can go to the site now and meet the delivery people could I still get the bounce house and this was the only decent thing she does for me the entire time. So I race to the site to meet the delivery people only to find out they already spoke with the principal of the school and she won't allow them to set-up anyway. This conversation would not occurred if they had showed up at the agreed upon time of 5 pm. So I drove all the way there and still didn't get the bounce house. I called the women back to have a civil conversation with her and let her know that had they stuck to the agreed upon time I wouldn't be out the cost of the bounce house and you guessed it, she interrupted me the entire time I was trying to explain myself to her. She is rude, unprofessional and not worth the headache. Terrible company and even worse customer service. read more

I rented a princess castle for my daughters 4th birthday. they set it up prior to my arrival of getting home. I got home from work blew it up for my children 2, 4 and 11. As they were about to get in, i noticed it was filthy! There was a horrible smell there was dirt, debris, grass and sticks all inside the bounce house. I also noticed that the outside zipper was broken and to me that is a safety concern for my children. If there are jumping or trip and fall out they will get hurt. I called to complain and i spoke to a woman and i cant even begin to tell you how rude and unprofessional she was. I told her about the zipper she told me quote " well they shouldn't even be jumping that close to the opening" She also said because of insurance reasons none of them have zippers. I then mentioned the lack of cleanliness of the inside of the bounce house and she told me" it had been a stormy/rainy season so they cant prevent the smell or the cleanliness of the bounce house because of the weather apparently. I told her i had to get in there clean, sanitize it and get rid off all the debris inside it before my children got into it. She told me " well what would you like me to do, we wont offer a discount" She did not care about my concerns and she was not even trying to hear it. She was a terrible excuse for a someone who rents party rentals for children! And apparently the owner felt the same way. When he came to pick up the house the next day super unprofessional and rude. He walked into my yard as myself and my children were playing in the yard and did not say one word to me or even address the concerns i had. He came in took it down and left. without a simple apology or even a word. I would NOT recommend this company 100% RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCLEAN and just a disgusting place to ever rent from. DO NOT DO IT!! read more

Poor business practices. They do not have a contract and their word means nothing. They say one thing and then do something else. They set up 4 hours early when it wasn't raining and then refused to give a refund or even a partial refund. Called them an hour before the party started because it was a torrential down pour. I emailed them and they didn't respond. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I should have read the reviews prior to this and I would have seen the pattern. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had! I rented it for my sons birthday. Of course on that day is rained all day so rather than risk having to give me my money back they sent someone to set up 4 hours earlier than I requested so they could beat the rain. It started raining hours before my party but since they delivered it we couldn't get a refund. The customer service there is awful. The bounce house was set up at someone else's home since I don't have the space for it in my yard. Neither my husband nor I signed off on an early delivery. So the delivery man told my mother ( she was hosting the party) he would go outside and call us to get permission.....he never called either of us. He just said we weren't answering so he was going to set it up. Stay away! Save your money and spend it somewhere run by actual professionals. everything was great until they decided to destroy my lawn during pick up. it had stormed really hard the night before so they were unable to come get it so they came the next morning while I wasn't home and drove a huge circle around my backyard leaving deep ruts mud pits and absolutely destroying it. you can see where they did a three-point turn where they got stuck multiple times. I regret giving these guys $0.01 let alone the three hundred bucks. it's obvious if you have a problem they're not looking to solve it they'll just take your money and tell you to kick rocks. do not I repeat do not do business with these awful people. read more
