Helena, Iman, Jim and Marisol are amazing and have been nothing but a joy to interact with. They know their stuff and will give you honest opinions on what works well for your body and what won't, which is great to see because their aim is to get you results that will make you look good, not push you into spending more money with them. This is absolutely commendable. The VelaShape is really cool, very quick and you get some instant results (however not drastic as nothing ever is). It works by essentially melting fat cells and allowing your body to drain them. UltraShape is painless, you feel a little heat but nothing much and the team makes you feel so comfortable during all procedures. This is a ultrasonic type procedure that will break apart and destroy subcutaneous (NOT DEEP) fat. This office couple it with VelaShape for even better results. If you don't believe me then walk in unannounced and then ask your loved ones what they really think of this place. Take care of your family at home, don't leave them with someone who doesn't know or care about them. Horrible, horrible place.

Dr. Michael Bartfield came highly recommended by my current gynecologist, who no longer practices obstetrics after I found out I was pregnant. The office seemed fine upon my initial visit, although pretty expensive through my insurance. The office staff seemed very relaxed and Dr. Bartfield although on paper seemed very experienced was very awkward in person. This was not enough to push me away from the office yet. I met with their finance department, they told me because I had not yet met my deductible. I had to pay in full for my delivery that was still six months away and then they would refund me the remaining amount, which did not include my ultrasounds or any blood work done in the office. This is our first kid and we wanted to make sure we got the best possible medical care because I am both type one diabetic and of advanced maternal age at 34 (35 when I deliver) so we went along with it. It wasn't until I was 16 weeks that I had the absolute worst appointment of my life. The ultrasound technician treated me like a test subject. After taking several pictures of my babies anatomy, she looked over at the student in the room, who I was allowed in the room without my permission and said "do you wanna try?". I do not find it appropriate for my body and baby's body to be used without my consent to train a student you have let observe without my consent. I explained to Dr.Bartfield my concerns at our final appointment and he said " if you need to find a different doctor, there won't be any hard feelings" ... yeah I hope not since I am the patient. Later that day I was told by a Dr.Bartfield that my baby could have a congenital heart defect, which I later learned he did not have and that 16 weeks was far too early to diagnose something like that. Dr. Bartfield and his staff put me through a great deal of stress and anxiety for no reason but it didn't end there. I ended up finding a different provider and when I received the bill for my final appointment, I called up to pay it and cancel any future appointments I had scheduled. When I did this, the receptionist took it very personal. She told me she would have to change the billing code for my final appointment to a regular exam. I did not received an exam. Her final words to me on the phone were "good luck". I would stay away from this office. They don't have your best interest in mind, they are motivated by money.
