After calling 20+ offices to receive immediate care via ear wax removal, finally reached an enthused, concerned personnel, Nelly, who was readiy available to assist. She scheduled the appt for the next time and informed me of the charges and expectations once at the office. Very prompt in seeing me at the time of the appt. Dr. Jill Copley was thorough, kind, and caring. She explained everything well and took her time making sure the hearing aids worked well and were comfortable. I was surprised that I was able to wear them out of the office and was finally able to hear conversations without straining. She personally set my phone app up, and it's great to hear my calls and videos directly to my hearing aids. No more straining! I got new hearing aids here a year ago. One of the most important qualities of a business such as Total Hearing Care (THC) is follow-up and service AFTER the initial buy. THC has earned my highest regard because the staff there has taken excellent care of me and solved problems that have arisen promptly and with a great attitude. It started with me sending in my husband. Low and behold, it wasn't the tv's fault for being too quiet. Once we figured that out, it prompted my father-in-law's visit. At that point I decided the whole family needed a baseline check to help keep an eye on any undiagnosed hearing issues. Despite them passing their well-visit hearing checks at kindergarten age, two of our three daughters had hearing loss to the point of needing hearing aids. The follow-up is what has set this apart from any other medical decision we have made. Glasses I can order from anywhere. Family practitioners I only need when we get sick, which isn't often. But hearing is used every day, and hearing computers (hearing aids) need regular maintenance.
