I have had problems breathing for over two years, so I made an appointment with Dr. Wyll. She…read morerecommended that I have a septoplasty and turbinate reduction and it was booked within a couple of weeks of my original appointment with her. Her office and her team answered all my questions and always made me feel comfortable. After my surgery, I was so nervous for my post op appointment that I just immediately cried when one of the nurses took me back. She calmed me down and really sympathized with my feelings, which meant so much. Dr. Wyll is very nice and professional and has a gentle hand even when a weenie like me is in her office. While I'm still in recovery, I am so pleased with my results. I can finally breathe again, it's like a whole new world. I have a chance at a better life thanks to Dr. Wyll and I am forever grateful.

When I called the office on 9/14/26, staff confirmed the fee exists to prevent missed appointments, but also confirmed it is not refunded or credited toward your visit even when you attend. A no-show deterrent you pay either way isn't a deterrent; it's a higher price for the same appointment, charged only to patients without insurance, often the people least able to absorb extra costs. This practice is operated by Texas ENT Specialists / Elevate ENT Partners, so self-pay patients at their other locations may want to ask whether the same fee applies. This is a billing-policy issue, not a comment on the physicians' clinical care.

Dr Gamble seems to listen and make good notes but diagnosing does not seem to be the strong suit…read more This office is very high on making MONEY- more than anything, they seem to make this the real priority. After paying thousands between me and insurance, then months later said I owed about 126 or more - sent me to collections. Tried calling to work this out to office manager - no go!

I visited Dr. Gamble for nasal issues which were getting worse over time although he had given me…read moresome nasal ointment. My primary care doctor recommended him. As far as quality of care, Dr. Gamble was arrogant and insulting to me. I told him I had sleep apnea and asked if the breathing machine could be causing the irritation and bleeding I was having. The inside of my nose was raw and I had tiny pieces of what appeared to be cartilage in the blood. He told me to stop picking my nose and use a cream he prescribed. I don't pick my nose but I did use the cream according to his directions. I returned for follow up with my husband to let him see that his suggestions were not working. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner and insulted me by insisting that I was picking my nose. At the time of the second visit, I no longer had insurance, being in a waiting period for new insurance. By this time I was having considerable pain and there seemed to be a lot of erosion in my left nostril. He said I would need surgery but we would have to wait until my insurance "kicked in". He was very cavalier, as if it was my problem and refused to put me on a payment plan. I went to another ENT in Frisco who determined that I needed nasal reconstruction. He performed the surgery and found a polyp which he biopsied. It was cancerous. I had radiation treatment and follow-up. Thankfully, I left Dr.Gamble and sought out another doctor. Who needs an arrogant, insulting, and disinterested doctor like Dr. Gamble? I have healed and have checkups to stay healthy.
