I selected this company for my roof installation because my sales rep was great and gave me the confidence to choose this company for a smooth install. Install has been a total nightmare. My project was supposed to start on Wednesday and a dumpster was supposed to be delivered the day before. there was no communication for the delivery, i had my cars out on the street since Tuesday night and it did not arrive until mid day Wednesday. the crew arrived Wednesday morning without the dumpster to tear down the existing roof. they laid out a tarp around my house since there was no dumpster. they next day (Thursday) they were here for about two hours and left. When I reached out to the project Supervisor, he told me they would be back later as they were missing some materials. The supervisor came by, told me that it was actually too late for the crew to come back that day, but that they would be here first thing in the morning the next day to completely finish the job. I asked him for a magnetic sweep because there were tons of nails everywhere and I did not want my dog stepping on them or eating them. he told me that the would personally do the sweep as he had a magnet in his car. He also told me that I had 6 left over sheets of plywood and that I would receive a $250 credit. Lastly, he told me that the dumpster would be taken out the next day as well, so that I did not have it sitting in my driveway all weekend. Friday comes along, no crew arrived, dumpster was not taken, job was not finished. I called everyone, they told me that there was a mistake in where they sent the crew, but that assured me that the job would be completed on Saturday. Also, I was no longer going to receive the $250 credit that was promised and after asking 4 TIMES for a magnet sweep, this was not done yet either. It is now Saturday, no one arrived, dumpster is still here, magnet sweep has not been done either. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY ON THE PHONE. So now here I am, $17k out of my pocket, working with the most dishonest company I have ever worked with. I have been out picking up nail by nail myself so that I do not get a flat and my dog is not harmed. My cars have been on the street for over 4 days and NO ONE has taken responsibility for this mess. Complete disaster every step of the way! Totally unprofessional job from demo to "completion" 7 months for tile production and now 2 1/2 months into working on the roof .... and my roof still isn't complete! There were days that only one roofer came for installation! Also caused damage to interior of my home. Beyond Terrible workmanship! I would not recommend Total Home Roofing at all. I was told by my homeowners insurance that I needed to replace the roof on the house I just bought within 30 days or they would cancel my insurance. I got 4 quotes. They were all within $600 of $30,000. Total Home Roofing absolutely insured that the job would be done within 30 days. The job began in 28 days. The insurance company cancelled my homeowners insurance while the was still a possibility of Tropical Storm Laura had a possibility of hitting us. The project was delayed by failure to pass inspection, failure to deliver enough material, and just failure to show up. They began to demand payment before the project was even completed. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. My project started 8/4/2021and somewhat completed 9/12, the trash remains on my property today. My salesman promised a 2-3 day process. It took 6 weeks and the threat of legal action to get the roof back on with rain every day the roof was off. Multiple emails to the project manager, salesman, site supervisor, area coordinator all to no avail. Took 3 weeks for company to discover the metal delivered to my property wasn't for my job and now they want payment without providing a subcontractor lien release, settling my claim for water intrusion while the roof was off, minor damage to the pool enclosure, or cleaning up the site after job completion. Every employee calling for payment pretends to not understand what they have contractually agreed to provide. The project manager, accounting department/A/R, production coordinators, ie..customer service, all have very clearly stated that if I want a lien release I will have to try and find the mystery department that handles lien releases on my own. It's not their "job" to meet the contractual obligation they agreed to. Took two attempts to get the roof dried in with the code required waterproofing, no one on the crew spoke English, the promised site supervisor never showed, and the area coordinator as well as the project manager just stopped responding to email communication. I withheld all payment to get someone out to verify the waterproofing was not installed correctly. If you live in Hillsborough county as I do, the code required waterproofing is never inspected. Inspections can be submitted virtually by the contractor, seems the fox is watching the henhouse. Makes no sense to require a permit if the county doesn't actual inspect. I researched this company, checked reviews and Better Business as well as checking for complaints against the business license and/or contracting license. Like others, I didn't find the Yelp reviews.......... DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE TO THEIR CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS. read more

Total Home Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof that was damaged in the hurricane. Ken on the sales team was very thorough and answered all our questions. The roof was replaced within the quoted amount of time. The crew was polite and they took the time to pick up as many of the nails as possible (on their hands and knees with magnets). The supervisor Hector was very attentive and asked us many times if we were happy and if there was anything else they could do. A great experience overall. Major pluses for us choosing this company: Fair price, No deposit up front, 15 year warranty that covers hurricanes, used 'peel and stick' underlayment instead of the cheaper felt, allowed us to use credit card for final payment, included wind mitigation report that can be used to potentially lower insurance premium. I typically don't do this type of thing but maybe this will help someone else. I recently replaced two flat roofs on my home and I based my decision to go with this company based off work they were doing in my neighborhood, plus all the positive comments on their FB page. From start to finish, they were very professional, timely and communicated with me every step of the way. I was truly amazed at how wonderful this company was that I recommended them to someone else. Once the work was complete, I was very satisfied until the first time it rained. The same leaking issues I had before the roof was replaced persisted. I immediately called the company and in no time, they sent someone out to remedy the situation. The next time it rained, same leaking issues. Again, I called and they sent someone out. The third time it rained, I called and they sent someone out to access the problem and instead of caulking the area as they had been doing, it was noted they would need to remove the sliding glass door and fix the area where the leaks happen...this decision was made on 30 Apr. I contacted the business number on 12 May and no one picked up the phone. I contacted them again on 14 May and no one picked up. I texted the job supervisor and didn't get a response when in past times, he responded immediately, I called the business on the 21st and then again on 25 May and no one answered. I thought the business had closed but then I decided to block my number and call them on 26 May which was yesterday...guess what? They answered! I'm livid at this point because I paid to have quality work done and now they're avoiding me. I explained my situation to the person who picked up and they told me 2 people would call me back and that didn't happen yesterday. I called them back this morning from my blocked number and no one answered, they must be on to me! Anyway, this is what I'm left with, to put this business on blast for now finishing a job that they didn't do correctly. Also, the fact that they aren't answering my calls leads me to believe they have no intentions on fixing the issue. No one should be treated this way, especially when you pay to have a job done correctly. If you are ever looking for a roofing company, do not go with Total Home Roofing. Damaged our chimney, gutters and roof trim. If I would have read the previous reviews in Yelp, I would have not used them. We can not get anyone to come out to take care of the damages. We have sent many emails, texts, and left messages. The roof looks fine, but has not had a final inspection yet so we hope no issues come from the inspection. The chimney had a lot of siding torn off exposing a great deal of the flashing. The gutters have been damaged to the point of we do not know if they can be repaired. The roof trim has been pulled away from the house in places and the trim is split where the gutters were re-attached. They may offer a good price, but these issues are not worth it. read more

After several phone calls to the company specifically to the warranty department for my leaking barrel tile roof prior to hurricane Ian( active roof leak) no response. Then the hurricane & no difficulty in reaching the office. I asked my Mom to go to the Rockledge FL office. A very nice professional office space nice friendly staff. Pulled my daughters file & she had made contact with them the day prior to my visit. I was told that the warranty company was not performing for them so they were bringing it back to their site. The female manager took my daughters contact information as she was traveling out of town & there was ongoing remodeling going on at her home. This was a Friday & she told me that if my daughter did not hear from them by Tuesday to please call her ( she gave me what she said was her direct line) & she would promptly call my daughter back my daughter has done as requested but of course now are really busy since the hurricane today is October 28, 2022 and again no one has called back the manager nor anyone from the company. My list of reasons why you should NOT hire Total Home Roofing. 1) Delivery truck with shingles, left large holes in lawn. 2) Carried shingles over neighbors roof (with out permission) they did not like that. 3)Put roofing permit on wrong house. 4)Light fixtures fell on tear off of old shingles. 5) Roofed leaked before they were able to put on new shingles and caused unknown damage to the attic, walls and floor. 6)Whiskey (BOOZE) found on the roof when they were finished. 7)Could not communicate with workers ( they did not speak English). 8)Could not communicate with those in charge. 9)Attitude from those in charge like they are doing me a favor fixing what they did wrong. 10)Lanai leaks. 11)Clothes dryer vent we do not know, the inspector could not find the vent and Eric (Field Supervisor) sent someone who does not speak English to look at the problem, and tell us, I think he said "every things OK" were not sure. We do not know for sure. 12)Smoke detectors ruined from the water damage. 13)Dumpster left here for a month. 14)This was suppose to take two and a half days, according to the contract. It has been over a month and it still has not been approved by the Inspector. 15) Put on shingles while it was raining very hard. Now Total Home Roofing came and pretended to fix some of these issues. But it is not enough and professionally unacceptable. I have every intention of challenging payment for this living nightmare. We are currently on day 34 with no roof. Total Home Roofing removed my roof 8/4 in the pouring rain, added water proofing layer, and have made absolutely no effort since to complete the job. Jason (salesman) sold me on a package that would have my roof complete in 2-3 days. Day 1-- tear off and water proofing placed--took two days, with 2' of water in the laundry room and partial saturation of the drywall ceiling on the back porch on day. Waterproofing was poorly done with bubbling in almost every sheet across the entire roof, edges not sealed to roof surface, numerous nail holes where original nails were not removed before the water proofing went down, replacement plywood not trimmed to correct size and edges all around the roof left completely exposed to the weather. Cleanup was poor, crew spoke no English (wouldn't have been an issue if there there had been need to communicate that there was water pouring into the house) exhaust vent pipes were pushed down into the attic (WHERE THEY STILL ARE TODAY) and the holes covered over, crew left without ever acknowledging the water intrusion, site supervisor (assumption on my part) arrived on site during the rainstorm but never got out of the truck even though the crew was on the roof tearing off the entire time he was here. Day 2-- crew came back, finished the water proofing and left, again with no acknowledgment of the water intrusion. corporate office called requesting payment (1/3 of contract) to which I refused until the water intrusion and poor workmanship has been addressed by a supervisor. Day 7-- Regional manager comes by and agrees that waterproofing is substandard work and Total Home will redo the job. Day 8-11 ---Metal is delivered somewhere in here but must now wait for the waterproofing to be corrected Day 12-- Supplies delivered to redo water proofing. I pay 1/3 contract price Day 13 - 18 no work and no communication from Total Home Day 19 -- I initial a series of emails to my "job coordinator" request an update on job status and inspection status (Hillsborough county requires an "in progress" inspection) This inspection was misrepresented in the sales pitch as a required waterproofing inspection. As long as the inspector sees a crew on the roof, the inspection is a pass....doesn't inspire any confidence that the job actually meets code... The inspection is county specific so check the code for your county requirement. I asked my code enforcement office to clarify when Total Home gave conflicting information as to the inspection status. Consumer beware warning here, hiring a licensed contractor with permits issued doesn't always mean that code enforcement is ensuring that code is actually followed. I have found that no one is watching the henhouse in my county. The neighboring counties do require a waterproofing inspection but apparently my county collects the money and trusts the contractors to always be honest/ethical and follow the code without inspection. Day 20 --crew arrives on site, tears off first installation of water proofing and reinstalls. Job looks much better and neater, still not entirely confident that it meets code since my county doesn't inspect the waterproofing despite the code requirement that it be used to mitigate wind driven water intrusion Day 23-- I again request a job status update, with no response from my "job coordinator" Day 26 --I renew my request for a job status update to my "job coordinator" with the caveat that no response is unprofessional and hinders successful completion of our contract. The response is "Total Home is currently waiting on a crew to be available to complete my project but they do expect to be onsite by the week end" Day 30 -- Week end arrives, the crew never shows and an email to my "coordinator" returns an out of office for the long weekend. At this point I send an text message to both my salesman and the regional manager and informed them that having reached the 30 day mark with an incomplete job, I planned to begin the process of legally terminating the contract after the holiday weekend and I would find another contractor to complete the job. Regional manager then tells me the crew scheduled to complete the job had car trouble that morning and failed to notify anyone that they were not at the jobsite. Assurances are given that the crew will be onsite Tuesday morning and I grant a reprieve (Sucker). Day 34 --today, the crew shows around 8 and leaves before 8:30 without ever starting work. Again no communication. "Job coordinator" has no idea what is going on. After 2 hours, the response is the metal delivered to your house actually belongs to another customer (the metal has been laying on the ground killing my grass for 3 weeks now) and Total Home will need to contact the metal fabricator to find out when they can delivery "my" metal. By the end of COB today, we have agreed that the metal will be delivered on Thursday, installed on Friday/Saturday. "Nightmare" to be Continued read more

First, the roofers threw their soda cans and trash all over my yard. The debris from the roof remained in my yard until the evening of 06/18/21. They dented the siding on my house. Worked with Jason on a roof repair. I literally never actually spoke to him (every time he called I was busy) so he started texting information to me which was convenient. Set up an appointment and showed on time to meet my wife at the house. Had a quote to us that was reasonable and completed the work the next day. We will have to wait for the next rainstorm to know if everything is fixed but I have no doubt they'll stand behind it if isn't. We recently had our roof replace by Total Home Roofing in Rockledge, Fl. We had a metal roof damaged in the hail storm which was over a year ago. We did our homework and got several estimates and called & checked their references. References raved about this company. We obviously got the D team when it comes to workmanship which was truly horrible. They did not pay attention to what they were doing and actually came back to redo certain areas but unfortunately that was not enough. If you have a metal roof and then need to have it redone, don't ever let your roofing company keep the original underlayment and put the new underlayment on top. My insurance broker stated once I got my roof replaced and obtained a Wind Mitigation report, we could shop around for new home owners insurance. I contracted with Total Home Roofing to replace my roof. Part of my decision to hire Total Home Roofing was based on the fact they stated a Wind Mitigation report would be provided. My roofing project was completed May 21, 2021. After weeks of waiting for my report and numerous calls to Total Home Roofing Customer Service, I was told they would have their Wind Mitigation team call me. Total Home Roofing never called me. I am still waiting for a Wind Mitigation report. Another concern I have, is based on the fact their word appears to have no integrity. Overall working with Total Home Roofing was a good experience. Their communication was very good. Job went smoothly. The people from sales to foreman to crew were very polite. The three star rating comes from poor follow up and poor attention to details. I had asked for rotten facia to be replaced. Three places were and three were not. The ones that were not were caulked over. Not acceptable. Skylights were not put back in straight. One gutter was fixed really good, the other was not. It was reinstalled so poorly that it filled with water when it rained. This company is 'fine tuned' for the most part but excellence is in the details. read more

In August of 2021 I had Total Home Roofing selected to redo my roof and one of my requested changes was to have the chimney rebuilt. They agreed to do that (meet the price of a second bid). They initially sent me a contract without the chimney rebuild but then when I pointed that out they added it in. We moved forward with the new roof which was about 14K. Per contract I was to pay for the work upon completion. They notified me the roof was completed and said the chimney did not need reflashing and that it was sealed. That was not what I had asked for, reflashing was part of my contract. Also on a rainy day, the chimney leaked because it was not sealed properly. When I complained, they said they would fix it this is in October. In November or December when it rained heavily the chimney leaked, water came into my house. Not sure how the roof passed inspection. When I complained they came out an put a tarp on the chimney and said they would fix it. I have had a tarp on my roof now for weeks. I have reached out to Total Home Roofing and they have not said anything except they have notified management. I am still holding payment of 2555 (about) because they have not completed the roof so I believe I am within contract. I am at a loss of what to do? read more

so far this company pulled our existing shingles off our house 2nd week in december and "dried it i". we have had one leak that ruined our kitchen ceiling. we still dont have the roof on as of today 1/10. material sitting in our house and yard. no one will answer your calls. the one girl we were suppose to call, Hailie, got her feelings hurt because i was made and refused to let me call again. no profanity just told her the truth. the workers we have seen have been very nice and worked hard. i wouldnt recommend this company since they refuse to let you know whats going on. of course they did quickly take the first two payments. read more

We set up commencement with Kevin RIGHT after the hurricane. He gave us a fair price and we signed and sent the commencement back to him. Kevin stated in 4 weeks they will be able to start our roof. Last week my husband texted Kevin to see if we were still on schedule for the roof to start. No text, no call, no email NOTHING. My husband tried a couple times to get a hold of Kevin. NO RESPONSE! Husband finally called the office and was told two different time by two different people that they would get back to him yesterday. Today he called again and this time was told we are not on the schedule. That they could not accept our commencement of work! We have been sitting for 4 WEEKS thinking we have a Roofing company. Now we have to go back to the start. They are going to send us a new estimate since the one they originally gave us is NO LONGER good. Seriously! they started the job fine , all looked good , they worked for 2 days then vanished from the job , I waited 5 days and only because I made contact via phone I was assured they would be out the next day to finish the job , and they never showed up to finish the work ,the next day , I had guests arriving into our Villa with a half finished roof , so I had to book them into another Villa at a cost of $2500 to me which I never included in my costings , the main problem in this case was when they vanished off the job , there was no communication back to us as to what was going on , they eventually arrived back to complete the work on the 9th day excluding the 2 days they did work I have 3 other homes in that area location and was going to use this company to get them all done, but I'm sorry to say I will be going with another company on those replacements , I even sent 3 emails to the sales rep who took my order , to advise him of the issues and left 3 phone messages as well and he did not even have the courtesy to return any of my calls or emails which is a shame as he seemed to be very on top of things when we were signing the contract to replace the roof shingles , I do not know where the communication broke down , but they need to do something to get things correct going forward, at the start the were on top gear with updates which I liked but then disaster struck , we also ended up with 2 slight leaks in different bedrooms , which stopped after the main shingles were replaced but now we have an added cost to get these ceilings fully repainted , I await any valid response to this issue , other than the issues I personally had , I think they can up their game read more

I'd like to know who writes all those 5 star reviews for them. Most of their reviews are written by people that have only ever posted 1 review. I asked if they use sub contractors. Was told no. Everyone is an employee of Total Home roofing. That was a LIE! I asked the lead guy doing the job if he was a subcontractor, he said Yes. At least he was honest. The work is sloppy at best. No respect for your property. Cut my satellite dish wire and threw it in the dumpster. The dry in on the roof looks like a 5 year old did it. Still picking up nails and trash. They left an empty bucket of tar on the roof and left over materials.They only work weekends. Showed up on a Sunday at 730 am, didn't even know they were coming, and were there till 730 that night. Inspected on Tuesday and were supposed to be back before the end of the week to finish. That was last week. Now I'm told this weekend. Buy your own shingles and hire a crew on Craigslist cause that's what Total Home does. You'll save a lot of money and a whole lot of aggravation. They are one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. Their coworkers left a lot of trashes around my home during they working in the front and the backyard that including many empty water and drink bottles, cardboard, pieces of plastic sheets, hundreds of iron nails left it on my driveway caused for my Mercedes tries damage, leftover food, snakes, also they left the two side backyard doors open and more, plus their tools, and that cause a complaint from one of my neighbor to the community HOA, for 7 days they worked in my roof after they have done I walked around the house and I tried to clean up as much as I could, unacceptable behavior and I have had never like this bad experience before. When I hired this company to replace my home roof, it was based on the google review and the warranty they are offered me, their quote was the highest quote between the five roofing companies that I got roofing replacement quotes from them and I had shown the sales all of those offers in the day I hired them, and regarding there is no appreciation and the careless that what I never expect. read more

Total Home ignored my request and had supplies delivered, breaking onto my property to do so. This included an incident when I adamantly denied access over the phone to Total Home who was on call with a delivery person at the gate. I have cancelled my contract due to lack of integrity and lack of response to my many calls. If there was a choice of 0 stars, I would make it. read more

Please do not use this company for your roofing needs. I chose them after a recommendation, let me tell you, there have been nothing but problems. A two-day job is now going on two weeks. They started on time in 9/1 with a small 1,200 square foot residential reroof. Unfortunately, they ripped off all the old shingles and then basically just stopped work. They failed to file the Notice of Commencement with the City as well as file their license renewal by 9/1. Therefore, not only is it questionable THR should have even started the job technically being unlicensed, the city wouldn't schedule the dry sheathing inspection until the paperwork was furnished. I spoke with a supervisor at the city who verified they sent THREE emails requesting information from THR and provided dates. Even though THR insisted the inspection was scheduled, it was not because the requisite paperwork was not furnished. Lie after lie with this company. After days and days and leaving multiple messages for Jessica the manager to call me, I finally had to file the NOC with the City myself in order to get the inspection. I'm paying these people a significant amount of money, yet doing their paperwork for them. Moline called me 9/9 informing me inspection was scheduled for the next day, Thursday, and guaranteed my roof would be complete by week's end. I followed up on Friday with Eric my field supervisor when my roof still wasn't completed. He assured me his crew would be there tomorrow (Saturday) to finish. I had grave concerns at the length of time the roof was left unshingled. Several conversations I was assured they were watching the weather and roof wouldn't leak even though the shingles were not on. Well, they were a no show, no call, no reschedule. And I've sent repeated emails, texts, phone calls and no one has responded. There is something fishy going on. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I don't know what's going on, but it seems like THR has gone completely downhill in the past month or so. Apparently they are just not going to complete my roofing project. Now we have had rain and storms for 24 hours and the roof is leaking. They did respond to my requests to tarp the roof now that is leaking, so yeah, they've been getting my messages all along and ignoring them. If you hire this company, don't expect a completed job, communication, proper licensing and permitting. But what you can most certainly count on is the need to hire an attorney. One thing they did manage to do was send me a bill!! They made sure that was mailed 9/2. Here it is 9/13, still no completed roof, and now I have leaking. read more

Used Total Home Roofing to install a new roof which was completed the end of May. The process was smooth and they kept us informed every step of the way. The roofers installed to roof in one day worked all day with little breaks. They did a great job with clean up as well. When you call the main office they have very good customer service. Two weeks after the project is completed there has been heavy rain for 5 days straight. We notice there is a gapping hole in the furnace [was not there prior] which appears as they they tried to fix the area with metal but failed. Now we having leaking in an area by the front door. Called the company who contacts the warranty department. They send someone out within 2 days. They guy comes does notngive name just says with roofing company. Asked to seebthe areas. I showed him the areas and he proceeds to get his ladder. I allow him to do his assessment and return inside the house not to hover. I return to see how things are going and he is gone!!! The door was open he could have knocked or come in and said something, nope he just left with no explanation of he assessment. I call the roofing company yet again and they explain that theu have to place another ticket for the warranty service to call me back. This situation is highly frustrating. The whole reason to get a new roof is to prevent leakage and damage to your home. If this is the type of service that will be given by the warranty department we are in trouble! Experience started out pretty good. I guess once they receive payment they dont care anymore! I should not have these problems 2 weeks into a new roof! Period. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They ruined my landscaping, punctured my air conditioner, left trash in my yard every day (even after the work was completed. They were told to remove the solar panels from my roof & place them in the yard to be reused. The proceeded to slash them up and throw them in the dumpster costing us thousands of dollars. They used my husbands tools/equipment without permission, and didn't bother to put it back. We have been threatened with liens due to our displeasure, and the fact that we are seeking compensation for the destruction of our property. NEVER use this company read more

Alan came to my house today to give me an estimate for a small leak. Turned out to be some rusted nails he sealed them up and there was NO charge. I called this company on a whim b/c I've seen their trucks a lot around town. Glad I did! They are a class act.......thank you total home roofing. read more

This company caused roof leaks and promised to make it right. They left us high and dry. To top it off did not pass roof inspection. We had to go through our homeowners insurance since they neglected us. read more

THR did a good job replacing my roof. Looks good, no leaks and they did a good job of cleaning up the site. It was a bit more expensive than other quotes but AJ did a great job of explaining everything. My issue is with the billing process. They sent me an invoice for the work done. My bank would not allow me to pay such a large amount on my debit so I mailed them a cashiers check for the total amount on the invoice. A few weeks later I start getting calls asking if I was going complete the rest of the payment even though I paid the entire amount on the invoice. I spoke with them trying to figure out why they wanted another $760 on top of the $7400 I already paid. It turns out they did not properly calculate the wood that was replaced. I requested they send me an accurate invoice and they denied it was invoiced incorrectly the first time. I felt like they were blaming me because they made a mistake. Never got an apology and the only time they called was to try and collect. I finally got an updated invoice and sent them back both the correct and incorrect invoices they sent me with the additional payment. No follow up emails or calls. Stay as far away from this company as possible. They do not honor their warranties period. They gave me a complete run around telling me it was shingle maker problem. The shingle maker stated they would replace the shingles and rebond the roof. Total Home stated that was not good enough that they do not repairs this coming from their warranty department. They state the only do complete roof replacement on would not honor the deal leaving me high and dry and having to replace a roof that was 3 yrs old that these guys put on.
