My former facial spa place closed down and had no where to purchase my Lira Clinical products. I went on Lira Clinical's website and saw that Infinity Aesthetics was relatively close by and also sold Lira Clinical products. I decided to give them a try so I made my first order to curb side pick-up. I had no issues at all with this order. The staff lady was nice and quite friendly, so I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately the second purchase didn't go so well. I placed my order online and waited longer than two weeks for my order. The USPS shipping claimed to have picked up more order, but there was no update after that. On week three, I decided to call Infinity Aesthetics to see what was going on. A differently lady answered the phone and seemed annoyed (as if I did something wrong) that I was calling asking about my order. She said the mail person supposedly picked up the order, but she also saw that there was no update. She agreed to send out my items "again" and asked if it was OK to call me back to confirm that I received my order. I finally received my order, about a month after I placed the online order, but the woman never called or made any attempt to reach out to me. I'm assuming that she saw that USPS delivered it and said that was that. I have since then stopped ordering my Lira Clinical supplies from Infinity Aesthetics. Due to the last phone interaction with who ever that staff member was, I decided not to schedule any type of facial procedure here, now that my schedule finally opened up some. Coco saved my body and my confidence! I couldn't thank her enough for all the works she put in with…read moreme! I started coming to her for post op lymphatic drainage massage. Let me be clear, even though she doesn't reopen closed wounds, her massage will still drain you through your lymphatic system aka you will pee! Plus it's really not sanitized or up to health code for massage therapist to open up wounds and deal with bodily fluid, so I'm happy that she keeps it that way. Her place is always clean and safe for her clients. The first time I went to her was around week 8-9 of my first BBL, I had went to someone before her and received horrible treatments. I wasn't given any manual massage at all, but more like wood therapy and RF treatment. When I saw Coco (and learned later on) that you're really not suppose to use wood therapy until at least 3 month post op. So I was swollen, weight is not going down, and waist is not getting smaller. I went to her everyday. She did magic with her hands for 60 mins! She is very gentle and never hurts you. At the beginning of my entire treatment, because how swollen I was, it hurt a little bit but still she was very considerate. After my 2 sets of massages (10 per set) I started doing the ice sculpting treatment with her. After my second round, I also went to her to get me right. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She always kept a positive attitude and gives a lot of good recommendations. Her services expands more than just manual lymphatic massage and ice sculpting. And her price is very reasonable. On top of that, she is ON TIME and never cancels! Only complaint is she doesn't live next door to me lol I would be there every day :)
