My experience with Fernanda wasn't that great, I had the body contouring sessions with her, the prices were good, that's why I wanted to go back, but what I really didn't like was when her or her coworkers sanitized the cupping machine for your butt they would spray the chemical disinfectant spray on my legs, they would literally clean it while I was laying on the massage bed and spray me with disinfectant spray. That was really unprofessional. I was also dissatisfied and angry with the facial that she charged me so much money for $140 all for just passing a cotton ball swab on my face with a chemical that she said was good for my facial skin. To be charged that price was ridiculous. I can go get a professional facial plus a massage for the price she charged me, not just a cotton ball rubbed on my face, it was an expensive 5 minute "facial" according to her. I communicated that to her and she got mad and started speaking her Portuguese language and I couldn't understand her, but she didn't redo my facial or give me a refund. I decided not to go anymore. I believe that in a business customers that generate you money and referrals should be valued. I could of easily taken my business somewhere else but instead I chose to give my money to you in exchange for a professional service. If I'm being charge professional fees I also expect a professional service back in return. However if a client is being disrespectful or trying to take advantage of the business owner, I'm in full agreement to refuse service. I want to say that I consider myself to be a pretty decent and fair person. In my opinion Business owners should also be open minded for growth and some constructive criticism. When I reached out to this business they directed me to communicate through (Was-up). I was under the impression that I was communicating with Fernanda, but apparently they have a man by the name of (Max) that handles the appointment scheduling and who also is suppose to explain the fees and procedures. In my opinion he can improve his communication skills in the way they explain fees & procedures. Also I did observe that equipment was not being properly disinfected after use from one customer to another. Their is a sliding door where these procedures are taking place that gives the feeling of no privacy. I'm not sure if it's the culture but I also found that their is a huge language barrier. Quite frankly I will not return or give any referrals to this business.
