My experience with Fernanda wasn't that great, I had the body contouring sessions with her, the prices were good, that's why I wanted to go back, but what I really didn't like was when her or her coworkers sanitized the cupping machine for your butt they would spray the chemical disinfectant spray on my legs, they would literally clean it while I was laying on the massage bed and spray me with disinfectant spray. That was really unprofessional. I was also dissatisfied and angry with the facial that she charged me so much money for $140 all for just passing a cotton ball swab on my face with a chemical that she said was good for my facial skin. To be charged that price was ridiculous. I can go get a professional facial plus a massage for the price she charged me, not just a cotton ball rubbed on my face, it was an expensive 5 minute "facial" according to her. I communicated that to her and she got mad and started speaking her Portuguese language and I couldn't understand her, but she didn't redo my facial or give me a refund. I decided not to go anymore.
