I'll be honest, I was a little hesitant at first after reading some reviews about one of the workers, but after seeing him work, it's obvious he has real talent. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and was super cool throughout the whole process. The skill speaks for itself. They also had a large selection of gun parts, air guns, and other gear which was nice to see. For my first time coming in, I left completely satisfied. Had a family friend transfer my late father's firearm to me from out of state, they were very knowledgeable and helped me through a process I knew nothing about. Once it arrived, the background check was completed, and I waited the three day period, they even allowed me to test fire it in the indoor range free of charge, provided ear protection and eye protection and a paper target at no cost. Just took the Basic Pistol/Concealed Carry class with Eric. Great experience! Eric was very knowledgeable, patient, and fun to be around. Our shooting club shoots at Total Impact weekly. The range is clean, well lit and well ventilated. The Total Impact staff is available for help or guidance, and instruction and training is available for novice shooters.
