A well spoken customer service associate answered all of my questions and even remembered my name. Upon our arrival we were offered delicious coffee while we shopped. The three brothers who are sons of the founders were personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The Rolex we found is so beautiful with diamonds and gold accents. We were ecstatic because in today's market where a nice Rolex is hard to find! The shop owners took the time to explain how to care for the watch and what to expect as an owner.
