My daughter and I visited this shop seeking help with a specific alteration to her wedding dress…read more Before even seeing the dress on her, the seamstress dismissed our concern. Once my daughter tried it on, she loudly stated multiple times the dress was "too tight" and said she could not fix it. To make matters worse, she turned to other customers in the store and asked them to comment on whether the dress was too tight. Involving strangers to publicly judge the bride's dress was rude and completely unprofessional. There were two more clients in the store while we were there, and she told both she could not fix the items they brought in. She was very dismissive to all of us. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. When it comes to a bride bringing in her wedding dress, that expectation should be even higher. This is one of the most meaningful and emotional moments in her life, and it should be handled with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. We ended up taking the dress back to the original seamstress we had used -- even though she is much farther away -- and she immediately saw the issue we were describing and is correcting it without hesitation.

The owner has decades of experience and in my opinion is a master craftsman old school fabricator/upholster at the top of his game. His quote for my ski boat came in $1200 lower than the next competitor. The wait time was about 2 months but worth the wait. I had an engine cover, captain's chair and 3 piece observer seat re-upholstered. I selected the colors, scheme and embroidery that i needed, he told me the amount of time needed and met the deadline. His service exceeded my expectations and i will return in future for the rear seat. Excellent service and truly recommended.
