Needless to say, didn't hear from anyone for two months. Kirsten doesn't return calls and set an appointment to meet me at the store - she didn't show. Jackie met with me and was far from helpful. Wouldn't even listen to what was going on. Called me a liar. Very nearly stamping her foot raising her voice going 'NO NO NO". Finally I just thought I need the supplies, let's take a chance. Result? Jackie said she'd call me the next (business) day and do I need to tell you what happened? You probably guessed it, a week and a half later, no call. My doctor is in this building, so this is the pharmacy that I use regularly. They do a pretty good…read morejob. They are usually running behind, so even though it takes about twenty minutes after the prescription is sent to get down there, I always have to wait. They are always surprised that I'm picking up right now. Maybe most people don't, or they can't see that I was just at the doctor? I'm not sure which, but there is definitely a communication gap somewhere. They used to have a large selection of gifts, but this has gradually been phased out, and there is very little in that section anymore. Happily, this is because they sell more OTC medication, which makes sense. They also sell vitamins and I often get an essential oil. They have Nature's Truth brand. I would love to see them carry some healthy foods. I'm often here in the morning and haven't eaten. I saw that they have almonds, but they only have the heavily salted ones.

At one point I ordered a winter jacket, after being told numerous times over a six month period it hadn't come in yet I simply gave up, never called them back and never heard from them regarding my order. I've likely had between 6-12 instances in which I'm told they are going to check the status of something I ordered and I never hear back from them. Most recently, I wanted to order a vest to carry and thought it would be easiest to go through them since they have all my measurements from previous visits. A gal tells me she has to check on something and she would call me right back and per usual, I never heard back. At this point I am finished with them as their business model of assisting customers is essentially non-existent. I see far more attentiveness from High School kids working drive-though and that is a sincere statement. From here on out I will travel out to Plymouth for my needs even though it is a little out of the way just to ensure I never have to deal with this junk business ever again.
