They have become…read morehit or miss when it comes to customer service, inventory, etc., in both the store and the pharmacy. This location is an exception. I have been here a few times recently. The store seems newer, there is plenty of light streaming in, the aisles are wide, clean, and fairly well stocked and the pharmacy staff are very good, too. The staff in the main store are also friendly, too. They also have a small, but adequate parking lot for when you are on the go and need to get and get going quickly.

Prescriptions go unfilled days after being called in by a doctor for absolutely no reason. After moving back to an area in which this was my closest pharmacy, I transferred all my scripts here. But after three horrible experiences with trying to get my scripts filled, I transferred them all to the CVS in St Louis Park, where the pharmacy actually works!

While staying in Minneapolis, I stopped into a close-by Walgreens to get a few items. I have alway seen locations in downtowns and this one was right around the corner from where I was staying. I am always pleased when I am properly greeted when I walk through the door. I am especially happy when a clerk or cashier look up from what they are doing to acknowledge a customer walking through the door. This store, like other Walgreens is big and bright with clean isles to navigate through. This incredibly delightful staff was over the top in greetings. Happy to see a customer. Happy to help a customer. Happy to speak with a customer. I needed a few items ranging from water to shaving cream. They had plenty of items to choose from and I pleased that their house brand is a substantially reduced price and the same item. Check out went very quickly and I received the same cordial greeting as I left as when I came in. The team member behind the counter just personified the model employee of engagement, spreading happiness and loving to be able to help. Kudos to a wonderful team here at Walgreens.

Not sure why the reviews here are low? I always have good experiences here, the employees are very…read morehelpful. When I need an item in a locked case, and I press the button, two or three associates come running with a key! What a difference from the one in Robbinsdale, which is in the next town, when I was denied an item from the case, because no one had a key! Maybe staffing is an issue with the Walgreens, and that's why a lot of them are closing. So far all my experiences here have been good. Please keep it up!

Got to Walgreens and was told that there was no pharmacist. Ran back to the urgent care and had them sent to Cub. I know people get sick and shit happens, but this was the first time we were done wrong. A few weeks ago, I was waiting for 2 prescriptions for my husband who was suffering from a terrible Gout flare up. I was told his prescriptions would be ready in 15 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. Finally got the prescription and went home. Only had one of his prescriptions in the bag. Had to go back and pick up the other one. Called the urgent care to make sure they were both sent in. Yes they were both sent in. Not even an appology!!!! HATE Walgreens and I don't trust them at all. Sat next to really nice lady while I was waiting. She was called and told her rx was ready. First time I was there a while back with bad cold the doctor I saw took care of me with medicine,…read morehowever; On 9/4/2017, I went in with pain in groan area and lower back from a fall at home and lifting. Doctor did not listen well to me at all and was not concerned about my groan pain it seemed, I told doctor I had a hernia operation in past and that it felt like some tissue tore in my right groan area. She checked me for hernia and found none, but this was not my complaint as it felt like where I have the mesh inside of me the tissue tore a little the other day, it is starting to get better by resting this weekend by it healing together again but this was not her concern at all it seemed. Her concern was that I was overweight by an extra .08 % according to my height and weight. She prescribed some pain pills. I think I need more complete rest time for the tissue to heal better, however, she said she never recommends people to take time off from work. I also told the doctor that I have been involved in 6 auto accidents that people have run into me in the past so that my X-rays of my spine show it is all messed up from top to bottom and I have been to neurologists in the past, she examined me just barely and said I have no herniated discs where my back hurt, she has never seen my x-rays and even with me telling the doctor about my problems and what X-rays show she makes this statement ! She contradicts full body x-rays and experts ! Well, I tried it twice and will not go back again even if it is close to my home. North Memorial Urgent Care in St.Anthony is where I am going back to as they have always listened to me regarding my complaints and helped me with better treatment when I need urgent care.
