I took the first two photos in the first month I went to see Dr. Austin (May 2025). The other three are from this month and last month! I personally think it's pretty obvious which ones are the before and which are the after. I was dehydrated, had significant hormone imbalances, physical and mental setbacks due to the grief of losing my mother, and was basically an all out mess! You can see in the before photos that I am beyond drained and the light in my eyes is missing. My stress levels had gotten to the point where it was effecting not only how I felt physically, but my relationships at home and at work as well. I suffered from severe brain fog, forgetfulness, fatigue, and all out irritability and impatience with others. I did not feel like myself at all. I knew I needed help and started researching a few ND's online. I had seen enough of modern medicine and it's letdowns with my mother and other family members and I didn't want to go down that road. None of them stood out as much as Naturally Well did. I can say that what really spoke to me with Dr. Austin is her empathy and compassion for her patients, and a true desire to relate to you and to provide the best way to help get results. She treats you as an individual with unique needs because that's what you are. She has experienced loss and challenges in life as well and has fought the good fight to continue onward for herself and those around her. She is a great cheerleader for your health! She develops a customized game plan to help you based on your specific needs and takes her time getting to know you and your specific case. She makes herself available for follow up questions and is very kind throughout the whole process. After 6 months to 1 year of following my customized plan, I feel more like myself and more balanced and at peace in my life. I am so glad our Creator led me to Dr. Austin. This experience has helped me to walk through my grief knowing that although I will always miss my mom, I can still also experience physical/spiritual growth and healing in the midst of it. You are reading this for a reason and you are valuable. You were created intentionally and you CAN HEAL YOUR BODY! Barbara has absolutely given me all the tools that I need to live a healthier life with results that I can see and feel. I thank God for her. I encourage you to be patient with yourself and whatever treatment plan you implement because healing does some times take time, but it IS WORTH IT, and YOU are worth it!

The amount of physical force/stress we put on our bodies can take a toll. Now let's visit Dr. Crystal. She is a MAGICIAN. She does it all. Thorough, I mean thorough adjustments. She can help you trouble shoot difficult areas in your body mechanics. Like are my hamstrings really that short or is it that my hip flexors are that tight?
