I took the first two photos in the first month I went to see Dr. Austin (May 2025). The other three are from this month and last month! I personally think it's pretty obvious which ones are the before and which are the after. I was dehydrated, had significant hormone imbalances, physical and mental setbacks due to the grief of losing my mother, and was basically an all out mess! You can see in the before photos that I am beyond drained and the light in my eyes is missing. My stress levels had gotten to the point where it was effecting not only how I felt physically, but my relationships at home and at work as well.
