This is a company that does not deserve to be in business. It all started when I received a notice from them in the mail with a quote of $30 for weekly lawn maintenance (cutting and trimming). I called them and Angelo came out to look over the property and I signed their contract. I did not need a spring cleanup so they would just start by cutting and trimming. Everything seemed great....it was a great price. Finally a couple weeks ago when the grass started to grow and the weeds started to sprout, I called Angelo to see when they would be out to start and he told me that they would be out in the next couple of days. Well...that never happened. I called him back the next week and he told me that my area would be done in the next couple of days. that never happened. I gave him one last phone call and he told me the same thing. In the end, they did not show up once to do what we had agreed upon in the contract. With times being as tough as they are, and making a dollar is not easy, I am dissappointed that businesses like this are still in business. There are plenty of other people who are trying to make a living and will do the right thing. People like this and businesses like this do not deserve to have any clients. I am a business owner myself and cannot believe their business practices. The other 2 reviews on here tell me that this is a common practice for Angelo and Total Perfection Services. After all of this, I had another landscaping company to come in and they do my property for $50. I thought I was getting a great deal with Angelo, but you know what they say, if it seems too good to be true.... PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY, when there are plenty of other landscaping companies who will do what they say they will do. read more

Now I understand why Total Rejection Lawn Care has gotten all negative reviews. I have no idea how they stay in business. Probably because they sucker people in by offering attractive rates, but they never deliver. Consider hiring them if you like spending hours of your life trying to get them on the phone trying to find out when they are coming to do the job you contacted for. Not only is this company horrible, but they verge on actually being criminal. If it were worth my time I would sue their a** off!! I got a flyer in the mail-Angelo came by for an estimate. Seemed nice enough. That is where it ENDED. We contracted a big job, gave them my credit card info to bill, and was set for the end of March 2012 to weed, mulch and start lawn care. End of April-still nothing. Lawn was so high that my kids couldn't even walk through. After calling and threatening them, they finally mowed 1X. In the mean time, we lost several shrubs due to infestation and lack of fertilizer. Off to home depot and did it all myself so I would not lose more.Luckily we kept Lawn Doctor or we would have lost even more... By May 10, they still had not come back. Repeated e-mails and calls went unanswered. We left for a European vacation and they promised to come this time while we were gone....May 21-CAME BACK TO A FOREST!! Then, they left a voice mail that "they were cancelling all Basking Ridge contracts because their lawn mower broke". Total Perfection....totally ripped-off! read more

I have never experienced such bad service. They wanted a deposit in march and still no work done in June. This is a sham of a company.
