In today's world, you can't get people to call you back, and if they do call back, they don't show…read moreup when they promise to. If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. I reached out to 4 companies and some of them didn't even bother showing up to my home to make an assessment before providing me a quote. Kenny showed up at my house on the same day we called, and his price was the most competitive of them all. He set up traps and went on his way, sadly for him and myself the squirrels never went in, this went on for almost a week and he showed up every day and checked, on the last day he decided to try an inside trap as we finally figured out the squirrels went through a wall. He set up a trap inside the house on the wall and the next morning the two squirrels had been captured and not harmed. He came to remove the trap and it was touching to see how caring he was towards the squirrels; they were dehydrated and he immediately made arrangements to take them to someone that would bring them back to life and care for them before being set back free. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals, so very kind and respectful. They always wore masks coming into the house or even outside of the house and just overall an amazing experience for something that was annoying to begin with. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that that he was not only knowledgeable of this craft but also incredibly respectful of our situation. He took the necessary time to assess the situation and strategize how to safely and humanely remove what he had determined to be a raccoon that had breached our home through an exterior soffit under the roof and possibly had babies there as well all without causing addtional stress to our ailing mother who had recently arrived home from the hospital. I had a few squirrels on my roof and thought, no big deal. But when a raccoon started getting in my…read moretrash and ended up on the roof one night, I figured it was time to call it an expert. And I am so glad that I did. I did some research online and found Wildlife Rangers. I spoke to Gregg, the owner, and he offered to come out that same day. His trip here confirmed that there was some animal activity on the roof and it looked like they had made my roof their home for quite some time. He set several traps and told me to text him if anything were to appear in the traps, even if it were late at night. Early the next morning I woke to see a large raccoon in one of the traps. Craig came out and removed him immediately. The following day we caught a squirrel in one of the traps and later that evening a second raccoon. Over the course of the next few days Gregg came out to check the traps to make sure that we had caught all of the potential problems. Once we were confident that no more animals were living on the roof or in the attic, Greg removed all the traps. The final step was to go into the attic to find out what damage was done there, and if any other animals were left behind. Greg spent an hour going through the attic thoroughly, and found one dead squirrel and removed it. All in all, it was over a weeks worth of work and Greg was consistent in communicating with me to let me know what the next steps were. The price was also very fair, considering all the time and effort that was put in to getting up on the roof, setting traps, removing those traps and finally, removing any dead rodents from the attic. This is a job that I could've never done on my own so I am so glad I got a professional involved. Way more involved than I thought. I could not have been more pleased with how professional and thorough Gregg and his company were in handling this issue.
