This company ruined my yard or should I say chemically burned my yard! The "Manager" met the next day said it's on us we will take care of it! But I need cooler weather to replant the sod. We agreed then he can back out and tried to blame it the watering! All their company reports show my lawn was fine until their tech burned it! This manager is as condescending as they get! If I was the owner I'd of fixed the yard and coached the tech. Especially after admitting it was their fault . read more

Quick review of Florida's Finest Lawn & Pest Control. We recently transition from a local, large well-known company who we have used for the past seven years. Our lawn was declining, the service okay at best. So far the service with Florida's Finest has been great, they have been responsive, and although it's only been a short time, we are seeing small changes in both our lawn and pest management, which is more than we can say from our previous company. Not sure what has changed with this company,.. prior year reviews definitely seemed stronger. My experience with this company was not great. They made lots of promises about how they are so much better than the bigger companies because they "personalize" your service based on the lawn needs. They use this to justify a higher cost. I fell for it - pre-paid the higher fee and after a year I still have the same issues that I had when they started. I talked to my technician every month and was consistently promised "it will get better in a few months" - never happened. I also used their irrigation service and the suggested repairs were a bunch of upselling, unnecessary guidance. I got a second opinion and was able to get all my repairs and even better irrigation coverage for less than half the Florida Finest quote. My suggestion... beware! Don't pre-pay and be sure to hold them accountable! read more

Well after my first lawn service it was going downhill after the first guy who was fantastic! Second guy it was a job. Third guy was hit or miss when he did the service or not. Bad since I was paying monthly for the service so I did research on Fla Finest and decide to give them a try and after 2-3 months they are doing a great job so far. Chris takes great care of my lawn. My grass is greener and healthy than most in my subdivision. So I also use the pest control (Brian takes care of the pests) and sprinkler maintenance. The inspector found I have a lot of sprinkler heads leaking meaning wasting water/money. So getting it fixed is a no brainer. Tim takes care of my sprinkler system and seems to really know his stuff. I also requested that they all give me a courtesy call to know when what service is going to be performed so if I have any questions or concerns, I can ask them. Great so far! read more

I was researching termite control companies and I called Ideal Pest control, a family-owned business in Winter Gardens, Florida. The lady told me Jason would return my call soon. He called me back within a short time. I explained to Jason what I wanted and he explained to me that I should stay with the company we initially used, the options that were available for treatment/retreatment, length of coverage, what a new company would need to do and the cost.
