A mess. An absolute mess…read more God help anyone who has loved ones at this facility. No one answers the phone and if they do, they immediately cold transfer you into the abyss. Very low quality of service. Medical/Medicaid facility, if that gives you any indication as to why it's an absolute mess. Our tax dollars hard at work. I needed to reach someone on the administrative staff. As far as I know, no one exists. Five unreturned calls. Three unresponded to letters. Completely unreachable and unaccountable unless you physically walk into the location. But would you even be let in? Probably not. Go elsewhere.

They take ample time with each patient and are very thorough which is very important. Without insurance it is $35 for each appointment. I paind $85 for my appointment that included x-rays on my knee. I got my results within 45-ish minutes. Not bad at all! Before every appointment (in most cases) they have machines that massage your mucles and make your chiropractic that much more awesome. I am very happy with this place. I have been here twice for medical screening for my overseas job deployment and both times there…read morewas confusion with my paperwork among other problems. The first time they did not have everything on hand to preform all requested testing and one test kit had to be mailed to them by CHS because they said they couldn't get it on their own so I was delayed and had to return for that test. The second time I had to return two different times before they eventually got everything correct and for them to perform all requested testing. I also had to wait for common shots to be ordered and return for them to be administered as well. They also squeeze in many walk ins between appointments which causes long wait times for their appointed customers. I highly recommend going any place besides here for any of your medical needs.
