Their equipment is old, run down crap. Rented a skidster that blew a tire in 20 minutes. Still charged me over $400.

Do not ever rent here. We rented a piece of equipment that died very 30 minutes and and had to wait another 30 minutes to be started again. We got 4 - 5 working hours out of it and they still charged us for an entire day. They allowed us an extra 3 hours the next day but shockingly enough the equipment wouldn't start. They did nothing else to remedy the issue and then blamed us for "overworking it". Spend the couple extra dollars or wait the extra week and rent somewhere else, you will regret it if you rent from here. read more

Establishment doesn't make sense for me to go bye after running from them several times lately they have truly the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. The first time around, my pressure washer broke down on a job and I needed the use of one immediately. Total rental was the only shop in town that had one at the time even though we were out past Lockwood working, but the bullet drove in and got the rental. Did the paperwork loaded up and headed back to the job, up until this point everything was fine unloaded the machine and could not get it running even after watching the manufacturer's how to video couldn't get anything. Brought the pressure washer back to the shop told them what had happened so tried to get it started as you would expect. He has a little trouble but finds the right setting and fires it up, this is where the fun began. I explained I watched the video tried every setting couldn't get anything and no one had shown me anything while loading it originally. He told me that the video I watched was wrong manufacturers do not know what they are talking about and he could not do anything for me as he got it to crank. After leaving and thinking about this for a bit I realize that it is not my faulty that a janky piece of equipment has to be done a certain way against the manufacturers recommended method to get it running. He was pure arguing with me and told me people do that just to get money back and they have already used the equipment, fine store credit will work as we will need something in the future. While this was happening I reserved a 35' lift 2 months in advance because I know they can go quickly in the summer. Fast forward called back and made sure we were good to go 2 weeks before the date, everything was looking good. Showed up the day of the rental and naturally someone else had rented it. He looked at his schedule and told me I was wrong that was not his hand writing in the 1994 scheduling method they have I must have done it with someone else it wasn't him. Several issues here, it doesn't matter who did it, it is in the calendar and telling me I was wrong it wasn't him was an outrageous claim as it was face to face and I remembered because I was pissed over the previous incident, o yea didn't have any sort of credit. Apparently other reservations had also been set on this piece of equipment during the 2 weeks I had it reserved. He asked me if I could have it back by an earlier date so he could rent it to someone else and actually told me they make much more renting it by the day so if I could get it back that would be great. Overall terrible experience in about every aspect you could imagine. It cost me time, money, and I was pretty much just called stupid and told I was wrong throughout this whole process when it really could have been settled fairly easily. We have to rent 5 or 6 times a summer and I will be driving anywhere I need to next time not to have to deal with Wayne and his horrible logic and customer service attitude. read more

I reserved a piece of equipment. When I went to pick it up I was not on the schedule. The piece of equipment was broke down and had it reserved for someone else for one of the day. I reserved it. This was scheduled two weeks in advance. Never use this place. read more

This business(?) is the crookedest outfit in town. I rented a diaphragm pump from them in Saturday. The drop pipe that is supposed to go into the well casing wouldn't fit into my casing., ( It was too big, but it was the smallest one they had.) So...I returned the pump and said it wouldn't work. They said they couldn't return my rental fee though I had the pump for less than an hour. (They said I could have used the pump and returned it for a refund. ) After I asked them to call the owner, they finally returned $20 of the $44 dollars they charged me. People like this should have to wear a mask. read more
