Terrible experience. I called to cancel service. I had made several calls months ago telling them…read morethat I think they were over-priced and that competitors are significantly cheaper. They never reached out. When I called to cancel, I was informed that I was in year 3 of a 5 year contract and I had to pay the rest of the contract to get out. I told them I had been a customer for 9 years and they said when I moved the contract reset. I talked them down to $651 and they said that I needed to pay something since my install was deeply discounted. Ha! My install was over $700 and I just paid AT&T $40 for the complete instill of the same system. What a joke.
