I was on the schedule for repair for a few days out, but they were able to come out more quickly and completed the service yesterday. Larry found two leaks not just one. He replaced the old PVC with copper lines. He attached multiple photos of the work to the invoice so we could see the work which was nice. The office staff was incredible friendly and responsive. But they contacted the manufacturer and found out that it was. While they waited for the new factory part to arrive, they temporarily installed a used part so I'd have hot water right away. When the new factory part came in a few days later, they called and made an appointment to install it. Again, they showed up on time as promised. I've had no problems with my hot water heater since. The guys that showed up were very nice and professional.
