Mr. Harris took the extra time to answer my (too many) questions and educate me about my system--as I'm a new homeowner that's only ever been on the City's system. He put me on the schedule for exactly when I needed him, showed up on time, did a great job at the best price of anyone I called, and was patient--despite my questioning every aspect of the process like a curious toddler . I could go more into detail, but all you really need to know is, this is the company to call. The best septic service I've ever had in the 10 years I've had my home. Raymond knows his stuff. On 2 occasions, he's gone above and beyond with arrival and service the same day I called him. Totally reliable, courteous, honest, and great at explaining what was wrong with my system, and how the wiring works to my pump and float switch. His pricing is very reasonable and my wife and I are considering his annual inspection service. I HIGHLY recommend going with Nortex. I was in a backed up problem with my Septic tanks. My regular septic tank provider was not able to pump my tanks for upto a week away. He recommended Nortex. After explaining my situation they were able to come out the same day !!!. Not only did they drain my septic tanks, but Raymond explained what was wrong with my system, and he was also able to unclog my drain !!! After calling my useless home warranty company, and leaving messages with two other Septic Service vendors, called Nortex and left a message too. Ray called me back in less than 5 minutes... I told him we had an issue with a septic alarm... he said he was in the area finishing up another job and said he'd be by in about 15 minutes. Ten minutes later, he rang my doorbell. Quickly diagnosed this issues, addressed the alarm, cleaned the pump, zip-tied the floats and got us back in the saddle. I never leave reviews but I was so satisfied with the service I received from Nortex septic service. First I feel like anytime I need a home repair they always try to make you pay for unneeded repairs. I already had it in my head that my aerator and septic pump were toast. Ruben was very friendly trying to help me trouble shoot possible issues over the phone and when that didn't work he fit me into his busy schedule the same day that I called. I know he's very busy especially with all the rain we have had. When he made it out he didn't try to sell me any new parts he only tried to make the existing ones work.
