The house is booked. They then show up anyways, don't even ring the doorbell, and just walk into the house so I wake up to tons of complaints from my renters. When confronted the owner takes absolutely 0 responsibility, blames me saying I should have told the renters when I openly told the owner we were booked and he had no business sending anybody given that. He then lied and tried to say the guy just knocked and was told to leave while ignoring that they didn't even knock and then just walked in. He then tried to pretend he didn't speak english. Just a nightmare. NEVER USE THESE GUYS. Irresponsible, poor quality, will directly act against your express instructions to invade privacy, and then somehow try to blame you. These guys are a JOKE.

Then I decided to call Apex Plumbing since I knew that's where it was purchased the last time. And they had some in stock! While I had Apex on the line, I asked if they had any recommendations on who might help us get it installed. They gave a couple of names and numbers and I called Drip Doctor as a result. DJ was very professional on the phone and quoted me a good price and said he was available the following morning. He had excellent communication and customer service skills. He arrived on time, switched out the hot water heaters, fixed the leak and left the work site clean. He also took the time to show my hubby how and when to drain it once a year. This will help get an optimal lifespan out of it. DJ gave us the paperwork that came with it and suggested we enter our details on their website for the warranty.
