Shockingly bad advice IMHO. Misdiagnosed the real problem, installed a ripped off version of windows 7, so I had to reinstall to get legal again. Charged me £40 for....nothing, still had the same problem. Took the PC elsewhere and they fixed it for £10 in 1 day. All that was wrong was the BIOS settings. They are pleasant enough people, probably fine as an internet cafe, and parts supply if you know what you want. But they are not so good a equipment repair.

While I can't comment on the Internet services, I will say that the food is awesome, especially the paninis. They're huge, loaded with toppings and come with salad and a Pringle. At Quarks however, you can use their computers as you would your own, with exception to perhaps trying to feed cheese to your mouse! Video call a friend in another country and tell them you've won the lottery: they'll believe you when they see you get served a hot or cold drink at your PC. Quarks it seems, is all about the customer, and for those who might find the internet a strange and intimidating place, Quarks should be your port of call.

Anywho, rose tinted spectacles aside, this is still a rocking shop that should feature highly on your list of stores to sell to or buy from. Definitely better than most.
