This summer I installed a woodstove in my cabin and was reluctant to pay an exorbitant price. Also, I was not impressed by the selection of medium/small stoves at other places. I found exactly what I needed at Total Toyo and selected the Lincoln with soap stone sides. I love this stove, it radiates heat for a long time and is also very stylish. These folks are our neighbors. We had looked online (as a habit) for the parts for our Toyo, and decided to check out the prices and availability at Total Toyo. What a pleasant surprise to find such friendly staff and everything we needed at great prices! It so wonderful to support local business, especially one so well appointed. The showroom is very nice, with lots of heating options that are fun and attractive. Didn't really need or want a new unit, but it was nice to see so many nice options. I previously left a review of difficulties having my Toyo serviced.. I had left the cover ( serial #'s on it ) service was declined after I called for a completion update.. ok my fault.. But.. my unit was repaired because of a hole on the stainless steel heat exchanger under warranty with no problems, however the unit had an eternal problem with excessive carbon build up.. ( they used video of MY UNIT on TV commercials to encourage cleaning and servicing of other units.. ). ( excessive carbon extends or prohibits firing of the unit) I WAS WARNED ABOUT THE EXCESSIVE CARBON..) They suggested I purchase a higher ( jet grade) fuel to reduce the carbon "caking".. which I complied. I went on vacation for 10 days, and returned to $42,000 in damage because ( my opinion) of excessive carbon prevented fire up and thus, griping the furnace off. After my review, I Discovered "dip switches " on the computer board that are adjustable from approximately 2 degrees, 5, and 20.. degrees at 5 the furnace would fire every 15 seconds, at 20, maybe a minute or 2.. that seemed to fix the issue. The shop never shop never adjusted the firing interval..my opinion is tat a furnace doesn't need to fire again in 15 seconds..thus in my opinion , State Farm is out 42,000 dollars, and I had to stay at a hotel for 6 week with 2 dogs.. In conclusion, I'm disappointed, but I'm better for it, and after they see my review, it'll probably never happen again. Wonderful product, good warranties, just set wrong for extreme conditions..
