I love how you've used an image of our maple tree and home on your site, and yet after cutting all the branches off, YOU NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH THE WORK!! You didn't even do the work we agreed on that day! I know things happen, like holidays, weather, and unforeseen circumstances, but it was like this for 2 months! We reached out multiple times and still only received vague messages in return. Our yard was covered in debris and the tree was an eyesore that our neighbors complained to us about! We even had to saw branches apart because they were left sticking out halfway across the road! NOTE TO ALL CONSUMERS: MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR AGREEMENT IN WRITING. Fantastic service. Quick call back, fitted the job in their schedule, got it done before others had even called back and all for a very fair price. I added some extra trimming and they said they'd be back at the end of the day so as not to upset the schedule for their customers. (Customer service is important to them) With the torrential rain I figured it wasn't likely till a got a knock at 6 PM. By 7 the extra trimming was done. read more

Contacted them for an estimate for removal of 2 trees, and they called to set an appointment for 1:00pm, then called again to reschedule for 2:00pm, then called again at 2:40 saying they were "on the way" and would be there within 30 minutes. They never showed, and didn't call. I spent a whole afternoon waiting for them for nothing. Did get a voice mail message the following day apologizing for their not coming and claiming they tried to call (it was a lie). I wouldn't trust them, their word is worthless. read more

Contacted Total Tree Service on April 17, 2019. I was contacted by email that day regarding a setting a time for an estimate, which was to be the following Monday between 10:00-10:30 a.m. I waited around for them that morning and at 11:01 I emailed to ask if they were still going to make it to do the estimate that day. I did not here back from Total Tree Service until 6:02 p.m. with the following response, "I apologize, I thought I messaged you. My apologies we are not able to make it today because we have no ride." There was no follow up to set another time to provide an estimate and no further contact. Completely unprofessional behavior and I will never again seek to hire their business. read more

Extremely satisfied with having two trees brought down safely and efficiently. Pierre came out promptly to look at the job, and showed up to do the job when he said he would. They worked non-stop and did great work. I didn't have anything removed, as I am going to cut it up myself for firewood. The price was substantially below another quote I received, in fact I didn't see any need to pursue a third quote. We had a fairly tall tree come partially uprooted in the back yard. Fortunately, it had another tree on which to lean, or it would have smashed the fence on its way to the neighbor's yard.
