Jodie Williams is the senior practitioner at Total Wellbeing, having started the business after graduating with her Diploma in Health Science (Massage) in 2004. Along with her skills, Jodie has developed a wonderful relationship with her many regular customers and now mentors and trains her practitioners to continue to provide a quality local massage and naturopathy service at Total Wellbeing in Sunshine Vic.

Jodie has a passion for helping people and believes in the healing power of touch. In a world that requires increasingly more attention and concentration to navigate, the ability to slow down and reset mind and body is a gift that is so needed for each and every one of us. Massage therapy is the first modality that Jodie found mastery in which offers an opportunity to ease pain, relax the mind and body that is both accessible and effective. Being empowered to make choices to support personal health is an important part of Jodie's relationship with her clients. Having continued her studies from 2004 in complementary health, Jodie now also offers naturopathy consults for a holistic, natural approach to health and wellbeing.
