This is right down the street from our house and was excited to support local business. Unfortunately, when I arrived at 12:30 on a Sunday, I found their doors closed with a temporary sign on the outside of the door saying that they were going through an inventory process. Even though the sign says that they're operating hours on Sunday are 12 to 8. The doors are firmly locked. I know this is a family run business. There are rumors that there is a separation occurring between the individuals who own this property and that this business is potentially going out of business. Regency Liquor store is a family owned business that is super friendly and convenient. I can always find a parking spot and I am in and out within minutes. The store is clean inside and out. You can call or order online and they will deliver to resorts, homes and businesses. Delivery is free for up to five miles. I have always received excellent service and the checkout line moves quickly. On the few occasions where an item was not available I was fortunate enough that it was being delivered the next day. Either my timing is good or they have multiple weekly deliveries. read more

For example, Michter's Barrel Strength Rye Limited Release is listed at $229.99 in the store but MSRP is $73.99 and the fair price would be around $150. Quite pricey, but they do have a WIDE variety of craft beers in stock. My wife actually noticed their sign on the side of the store that says "Craft Beer" and that's why we stopped by on a date night recently. While we dropped over $25 on a couple 6-packs of sour beers my wife was dying to try, she enjoyed them immensely and they were something we hadn't seen before, so that was definitely a bonus! read more

They carry all your fixings like olives, margarita salt, limes, sodas, and juices for all your cocktail creations. Brew: They have the best craft beer selection I've ever seen in all of Florida. They have a huge selection of liquor, wines, and cigars available here too but it's all about the craft beer for me. They have a great selection from local, domestic and national breweries. Everything from Evil twin, Six Point, cigar city, boulevard, Victory, Stone, Dogfish, and so on. Then traveling across the Atlantic with Hofbräu, Spaten, Einstök from Iceland, Unibroue 17 Grande Réserve from Montreal, and much much more. I also attended their 4th annual Wine and craft beer festival and it was amazing. They had over 100 amazing wines and champagnes to sample and about 30 craft beers to fall in love with. They also had food from local restaurants providing free tastings and selling plates if you want more to help pair with your drinks and prolong your exciting drinking experience. I've been to so many wine and beer festivals in the world and this is one of the best ones so far. It felt more like a local gem / family oriented event. It was easy to breath and walk around with out the hectic stuffy crowds fighting over a tasting. Still seeing about 200 + wine and beer goers it was a stress free laid back fun environment. One of my favorite craft beers I tasted was actually a local brewery from Winter Garden. Crooked Can. I tried their High Stepper American IPA. It's a fresh IPA with Pine, orange, grapefruit on the nose and a pleasant bitterness from the hops to finish. Solid beer and can't wait to see what else this new Brewery will come up with. After tasting this I picked it up with some other goodies right in their shop before heading home. Really cool to taste and buy right away with our any hassles. Great store and worth checking out when your in the area. They said they also host free small tastings through out the year in their store and all the details are on their social media pages like Facebook and so on, I'll be back very soon. read more

Been here twice and have had incredibly positive experiences. The first time, I walked in with a long list as I was shopping for my parents that were coming to town for a couples weekend. And they like their booze. So it would've taken me ages to find all their specific requests. As soon as the woman stocking shelves noticed me, she asked if she could help find anything. I politely declined as I hate making people stop what their doing for my sake. She continued to observe and noticed my list. She insisted on helping and said it would make it a lot quicker. Boy was she right. I read off each bottle and she fetched it with a smile. It was like having a personal shopper. We brought everything to the counter to pay and she let me know that it her husband was going to help me to the car with all the bottles. It was a small, but meaningful gesture. The second time I came, it was a quick trip in and out but I still felt welcomed by the friendly conversation with the husband at the counter. Great customer service overall. Summary: I'd rather give my money to this family owned business than a Publix or Walgreens liquor store. Great people! read more

I was so happy to know I could have a couple bottles of wine delivered to the resort I was staying at while on vacation with my family. Cassandra was extremely helpful with my order and making sure I got what I needed for my husband's birthday. Their online list of wine choices was great to sort through and there are so many varieties! Being from Iowa when I am on vacation I like to venture to area grocery and liquor stores to see what varieties of craft beer that are available that I can't get back home. After being very unimpressed with the Publix across the street I ventured into Regency Wine and Liquor to take a gander. You can color me unimpressed. Two reach in coolers with only a handful of beers is not a good variety. Maybe I'm spoiled because in Iowa at our local grocery store they have a cooler 50 feet long stocked top to bottom with hundreds of varieties of beers but for a place advertising a wide selection of beers two dinky coolers does not fit the description. read more

This is a first class liquor store. They have a vast variety of wines, liquor and beer and if they don't have it, they will get it for you. I asked the owner if he carried a pinot noir that I love and they did not, however, the owner was able to get a case for me the next day at a lower cost than most national/regional liquor stores. You can tell that the owners really care about the customers and they are trying very hard to keep you coming back in! Even though it's not comparable your typical ABC Liquor Store and the selection isn't as large, they will still help you find what you're looking for or something comparable to your liking.
