So Our Keg Blew Saturday Early Evening. Typically We Shop For Adult Beverages At Specs Or Total Wine In Selma. My Wife, As Usual, Called Both Stores To See If The Beer We Wanted Was Available. Specs Only Had A Pony Keg But Total Wine Had A Full One. We Decided To Go With The Full Keg At Total Wine And Asked Them To Put A Hold On One For Us. When My Wife Walks In With The Empty Keg And Approached The Customer Service Counter, A Female Employee Told Her She Could Leave The Empty There An Just Go Back To The Coolers And Get Her Keg. My Wife Advised Me That She Stood There For A Moment In Disbelief That This Lady Told Her To Go Back And Get Her Own 130# Keg. As My Wife Stood There Looking At Her, The Lady Said Sarcastically She Wasn't Going To Get It. My Wife's Response To Her Was That She Herself Wasn't Gonna Go And Get It Either. That's When The Lady Decided To Call For Someone To Assist Her With The Keg. When My Wife Gets To The Cooler A Male Employee Asked If She Was The One That Needed Help With A Keg. When She Told Him She Did He Then Told Her, Sarcastically, That He Couldn't Get The Keg. At That Point Being Pretty Much Appalled With The Lack Of Service, She Told Him Not To Worry And That She Would Just Go To Specs. Of Course At That Time He Told Her He Would Help But Had To Go Get A Dolly. So To The Management At Total Wine Just Wanted To Let You Know That Because Of The Horrible Service And Lack Of Customer Assistance, My Wife Won't Be Back. Never. Disappointed in the customer service from a manager Michelle. I bought a drinkworks machine for a Christmas present to end up finding out they are no longer going to be making the products. I asked why they continued to sell the machine if that was case and she continued to say she personally removed all machines, yet I was still able to buy one. She refused the refund and admitted to still selling the products because people were still buying them. read more

I've never felt discriminated against because of my race & origin until I went here ! I wasn't allowed to purchase my bottle that I was planning to bring to my family for Christmas because I'm Mexican . The fact that I've been to plenty of other liquor stores and never had this happen to me until I came here was surprising. They sell old, expired beer. Was really disappointed that my Stone was not able to be enjoyed by the enjoy by date since it had already passed. I highly recommend checking the dates on any drink or food items you purchase there... They obviously don't. read more

RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Turned 21 a few days ago and went in with my friend. She had no alcohol in her hand, and they still didn't sell to me. Other alcoholic stores are much better and nicer. They would never treat me with such a rude tone. Embarassing. Shitty service!!!!! I had a bad feeling too. Gonna stick to Specs (way better service and idiots don't work there). If I could give 0 stars I would. I love this store. The selection is vast and service is nice. The store is beautiful and choices are many and prices are good.

We shop here every weekend to stock up on wine for the following week. We have never been disappointed by the service or the selection. The associates are extremely thorough when helping us choose quality wine. I love using their app when I just want to be in and out without the hassle of checkout or lines. I really really (did I say really?) want to like this store; it's clean, elegantly decorated and they have a nice selection but...some of the employees need to be retrained on customer service. I've been here twice and both times encountered employees who seemed annoyed and snarky when I asked them for assistance. The knowledge of the store and products also seem to be lacking. For example - me: "Can you tell me where the local wines are located"; store employee: "Follow me. Here they are". What would have taken this to a new level would have been a response such as "Here are our local wines, can I help you locate your favorite or recommend a bottle?". I'll give them one more try before I go back to Specs. read more

Great selection of wines and beers at this location. I spent about 30 minutes wondering around trying to find a beer that was suggested by a co-worker. Clean and neat store. Lot's of sales associates to help you get what want or need. Like the layout of the wines and beer, plus they have a cooler of items. There are wine tastings on Friday and Saturday. Very reasonably priced. Looks to be cheaper than SPECS. Just really enjoy this store. Although I think they need to have more people doing tastings for the liquor products. You get a discount when you purchase 6 bottles of wine. read more

Bought a 2005 mouton rothschild and the wine was SKUNKED. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE WINE HERE. I spent 800$ on this bottle. Last time I tried to buy old and expensive wine at a different location they shook up the bottles and let them roll on the conveyer belt. Needless to say I did not buy them after that. One was a 1995 Rothschild for god sakes! SHAME! read more
