This place is One of the best Vape shops Ive been in. When you walk in, youre immediately greeted and treated like an old friend, and its GENUINE its not part of a sales hustle trying to get you to buy stuff. The Owner and His wife both work there as well as their Son I believe..(dont quote me on that)! They are always laughing and joking between one another and they draw the customers into the fun as well The attitude there reminds me of the old general stores where everyone knew everyone and if you were new, you werent a stranger long. but enough about that. They have a LOT of top rate equipment there and if they dont have it, they can order it and either ship it to your doorstep or to the store. They do all kinds of maintenance and repair work on your equipment from drips to tanks and everything in between. now as far as flavors, you may as well call them the flavor nation! They have a HUGE selection and if they dont have it they can either order it, or try to recreate it! The juices for sale at Woodcreek are great, but I won't be going back after I was sold a shoddy mod and the store wouldn't work with me on it. A store credit, or even a partial credit, were denied. I was told it wasn't defective, I could just remove the lock ring for it to function. (Sounds defective to me.) Yet on my way out the door I was asked to come back in a few weeks to see their new stock and purchase something else. No, thanks. There are a lot of vape stores in this area with tasty juices at fair prices, and I'll find better customer service elsewhere, at places that know the value of repeat shoppers. read more

If there was a option for 0 stars, that would've been a better way to describe my experience. There was a old woman with Red-ish hair, she was the one helping us, if you see her, i suggest you run from the store. The worst customer service. To start, we just needed coils and she acted like it was a bother. Then she took our vapes and changed the coil, we didnt want her to change them, we like doing that ourselves. When my boyfriend got his back, there was a hair in his tank. DISGUSTING. Then she got my coil and couldn't get it on at all, and when i asked for it, she won't stop trying, she just ignored me. THEN, i finally get it back after she practically threw it at me. I get in the car and it was the wrong coil. I go back inside and they try to not give me another coil. I WILL NEVER BACK. They don't know anything, they will try and rush you out, and their customer service is absolutely trash. read more
