He told us our options and the easiest way to move The Queen's phone over to her own account and moving everything over from the old to the new phone. Although we were there about 2 hours with everything going on, it went by fast with good conversation and getting everything done successfully. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he had a mustache and very good customer service skills

Experienced excellent customer service provided by Bert, an associate manager…read more I stopped by to pick up a new phone and have it activated. Bert was patient w/o being patronizing and extremely helpful with tips on using the phone and on keeping current with update notifications. He was concerned whether a particular app was transferred intact and pleased that it took. While I waited for a new Samsung update to complete, Bert attended to other customers, giving each of them his full attention and skills as a expert problem solver. Oh, did I say he's personable, smart and approachable? If Bert's store manager or the regional manager were there, I'd tell them to give Bert a bonus or raise for the value he gives to Store 7861. Since I couldn't, I'll just say, "Thank you, Bert, for taking good care of all your customers." Points to the store for being well tended. The music was upbeat and set at a volume where you could have a conversation and hear yourself think. Bert and his co-worker acknowledged customers who were waiting and assured them that the work queue was moving along.

Came to this location to get a new phone after my old one got jacked up from being dropped screen…read moredown. While it still worked, the biometrics didn't and that is something I use all the time. So figured it was time to get a new phone. The folks at this location were nice, but it is slow as hell, not because they are slow, but the customers are. The day I was there, there was a man who had signed up for an internet plan but had no idea what it was about or why he had it. He claimed that someone at the location got him to sign up for the service, but he had no way to access it. He was trying to get it canceled and to get the bill dropped since he had not used it. The AT&T woman told him that she couldn't do anything for him and he would have to call customer service. Eventually he did there at the store, and she and I talked him through the proper responses as he was about to agree to some different stuff. A woman who could not get her earbuds to work on her phone. Another man had no idea how to turn his ringer off his phone. Another woman who could not figure out to connect her wired headphones with bluetooth. I will say that the AT&T people were nice and very patient with them. I was ok with the service I had and the they were nice enough to let me go next door to Subway to get lunch and bring it there to eat. I was transferring my data from my old phone to the new one. Don't do that folks, not at this location. Their WiFi connection is slow as hell and it took about 2.5 hours to complete the process. And I have to say it was funny that the people working there were also having issues with the connection. Helping out the man who had the internet service he didn't want helped to kill some time. The Doctor also went there to get a new phone but we did his transfer at home and it was much smoother.

Wanted an Ipad that I could use the new Pro pencil with. This is why I went to the store to…read morepurchase an Ipad that was compatible with the new Pro pencil. The male hispanic manager told me the Pro pencil worked with the Ipad 10th Gen and the 10th gen would be cheaper as they have a special running on it. I agreed as they should know what works and what doesn't. They didn't have the Pro pencil in stock so I would have to purchase it separate. I said no problem I can do that. After spending two hours in the store setting everything up I leave with the new Ipad. So, I go to a big box store to purchase the Pro pencil and they tell me that the Pro pencil will NOT work with the Ipad I have. This is frustrating to me! I call and speak with the store manager at T-mobile and he says, "well I googled it and it said it was compatible" . You googled it??!! This your job and I feel it is something you should know! Then, a few weeks later I get a welcome letter in the mail saying "Thank you for signing up for the Protection 360 for your new device" I did NOT sign up for it and was NEVER asked if I wanted to. None of our other devices (11 on the account) have the protection so why would I start now? After some digging I find out that they do not just add the protection automatically, it has to be put on my account by the clerk/manager that I worked with. So I spent more time calling to have it canceled. Do your own home work on compatibility for your devices AND make sure they don't slam you with the 360 Protection if you don't want it. I would stay away from this location!!
