The "Managers" in this store are non-existent. Well, I walked in and was greeted so nicely and upbeat. I like that a lot. And there were several…read morestaff on the floor; all appeared to be happy to be there. Karl helped me right away; I did walk in and a line appeared behind me. That didn't rattle anyone and no groans. The staff still addressed the customers with them while greeting each new person through the door. That was a quite a feat. And boy did the line dissipate in just a couple minutes. There were also benches (soft padded seats) for customers to wait more comfortably than standing. Well, back to my personal experience ... Karl was timely, knowledgeable, and just made the walk-in experience the best it could be. He did all I asked and gave me clear answers while not long winded, yet not too brief.
