I was sent to an in store QR code to get in line which just took me into a 3x update loop and I was never able to get in line. Went back to tell the staff and they said okay we will manually sign you in. Only after people who got here after me were manually signed in. The staff seem ok but there's no system to help you out when the tech fails. Still waiting to get a print out of my otterbox install because now I have to mail docs to otterbox myself. No help from T-Mobile who guaranteed this otterbox would be "awesome". T-Mobile is a great argument for their competitors. read more

Well, I walked in and was greeted so nicely and upbeat. I like that a lot. And there were several staff on the floor; all appeared to be happy to be there. Karl helped me right away; I did walk in and a line appeared behind me. That didn't rattle anyone and no groans. The staff still addressed the customers with them while greeting each new person through the door. That was a quite a feat. And boy did the line dissipate in just a couple minutes. There were also benches (soft padded seats) for customers to wait more comfortably than standing. Well, back to my personal experience ... Karl was timely, knowledgeable, and just made the walk-in experience the best it could be. He did all I asked and gave me clear answers while not long winded, yet not too brief. Walked into the Calloway location to replace my screen protector, both employees were busy with customers, no one acknowledged us the whole 20 minutes we waited, not even a look over our way or "We'll be with you guys shortly." I recently stopped by this store and was helped by Jorge porting 6 phone lines and 2 watch lines from another carrier. Jorge broke the plan and overall price down throughly, and also made me aware off all the promotions active at the time. They paid off two of my existing contracts with my existing carrier (about $700) and also waived 6 out of my 8 activation fees because of the active promotions. I also decided to give T-Mobile's home internet a try as well since I'm in the process of cancelling my current provider for that as well. At the conclusion of the visit, I left with two new phones and the SIM cards for the other devices ready to go once they were inserted into the phones. So far the service has been great. Each place I've been I've gotten at least two bars with the ultra connectivity, aside from parts of Rosedale Hwy but from my experience all carrier service sucks on that road in parts. Plus, all their plan prices are INCLUDING taxes so what the price says is what you pay. I am been pleasantly surprised with the home internet. I have ran multiple speed tests and the download speeds have consistently been between 300mbps and up to 580mbps which is plenty for what we use it for and for less than the other competitors in town. My service and experience with T-Mobile is off to a fantastic start and I'm optimistic it's going to continue. What are the store hours? I'm here on a Sunday and it's past 11 (it says store opens at 11AM) with no indication of when it'll be open. Are the stores closed down now? So UPDATE: I was about to leave when two workers finally showed up and went inside. They still have not opened and I'm not going to continue waiting because it is now 11:20. I called a different T-Mobile that is open. However, this is unacceptable. Customers count on the indicated store hours. If the delay was due to COVID that is one thing, but not opening because workers are late is completely different. read more

The mixture of positive and negative reviews for this T-Mobile store is spot on. I can relate to both experiences. This store deserves 3.5 stars from me, but I'm not going to round up this time. It is like a game of chance to see whether you receive excellent customer service or crappy customer service. Like any business, there are both good and awful employees. The one thing that has been consistent is that the store has always been spotless. Too bad we still have to drop in at a T-Mobile location from time to time. As a previous T-Mobile customer, I had hesitation about leaving Verizon to return to T-Mobile on a family-type plan. These hesitations were validated during this visit. I can admit my feelings about leaving Verizon were pretty evident in my demeanor at the store, but one customer service representative just confirmed my reluctance. I went in to complete activation for the switch (as we originally went into a different location Wednesday, Thursday was a holiday and we'd have to return to a store on Friday). We were originally helped by a Jon, who was nice, but I did notice he had to speak with a different team member to check settings; as long as it got done, I honestly didn't care if it took the whole team to check. Eventually, he started the testing; called the office phone, and the call went through, so eventually, I was on my way. Not two miles down the road, we noticed the number popping up was a temporary number, not my ported one, and the calls kept dropping. We called Jon back, and he suggested we call T-Mobile customer service, and if that went left, to give him a call. Again, at this point, I'm agitated, but still pretty calm. This agitation rose as each time I called T-Mobile, the phone call was dropped...so we headed back to the store. En route, we eventually got a representative who said the pin they received was incorrect, so I provided it again, and they were able to port over the number. Now, the main issue became the call drops, as well as the MMS issues. We stepped into the store (where all four representatives were with customers), were greeted, and, I kid you not, waited a good 50 minutes to an hour before anyone was able to help us. Originally we were waiting for Jon, but then I was like WHOEVER IS AVAILABLE NEXT, let's just go to them. A female representative came out of the back room, and proceeded to pull up the account. As I started to explain the issues, she interrupted me, said something I tuned out and walked away to speak with another representative. I was livid, and decided to keep my mouth shut for most of the remaining time, as she obviously did not need my input. She returned, and tried to troubleshoot the device, and started down the path of "did you get your phone unlocked." I said "I don't understand your question." This representative, who was clicking around in my phone, and speaking to other people and confirming the "unlock" situation, proceeded to tell me the phone was having issues because it wasn't unlocked. Y'all...I was coming from Verizon...with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. They. Do. Not. Lock. That. Type. Of. Phone. So, at this point, she continues to bring up unlocking with iPhones and so one and so forth...but I don't have an iPhone, and my phone doesn't need to be "unlocked," so I realized she was less qualified to fix my phone than my 14-year old niece. Furthermore, she couldn't get the internet to work, which she also placed on unlocking issues. Y'all. The. Data. Button. Wasn't Turned. On. So, I don't know if she was just spitting stuff out because she saw I was visibly upset, or if she didn't know herself or was simply only knowledgeable about iPhones. Teeth clenched and verbally venting to my bf, I expressed the need to leave before I embarrassed anyone, including myself. So, I'm still trying to figure the issue out through Google searches and T-Mobile online chat support (also unhelpful), but I'll never go to this location again. I noticed every associate was occupied by a customer but a smile or a look of acknowledgement would've been nice. After around 8 minutes of waltzing around the store waiting to be approached the associate abruptly asked "how can I help you." Very robotic, not a smile or a sign of energy. I liked this T-Mobile but at the same time I didn't. The reason being is because some of the associates weren't trying to help me with my problem. I was on the phone with customer service and they told me to come in a T-Mobile store so they can further assist me, one of the associates said "idk why they told you that because we can't help you" after explaining my problem to them they decided to help until the manager Chelsea came in. She was the only one that helped me, and took her time ! While her being on the phone with customer service, I seen her boss Joe whisper to her and told her to send me home and have her call 611. He was was very rude! After hearing that I politely asked Chelsea that she didn't have to help me any further and I'll do it at home. I wouldn't refer this location to get any help. MARIAH - sorry for the language, but she is one sh**bag of an employee. Pardon me for disrupting your social media surfing. Walked in, 3 employees doing absolutely nothing. I was disrupting Mariah's doing nothing time. I was sent there to do an exchange for a defective phone I purchased 1 week earlier for full price cash. Volume button didn't work, & phone static. She insisted I pay $50 restocking fee for defective phone that I paid close to $900 for. I was within 7 days of purchase. She continued to argue with me that I had to pay. I had to remind her twice that I was there to exchange a defective phone and not to change the color. Hello...were you even listening? Martin stepped in..very courteous and said thats not true, the manager will waive that, but would just have to come in a couple days for an over-ride. Fine. But Mariah was irritated that Martin was being courteous and didn't send me on my way with the notion that I had to pay. I asked for her name and she just stared at her phone and ignored me. Martin had to give it to me. I am glad she is working so hard to earn her hourly wage. I was upset, went to the mall to buy from Apple store. Decided to just try T-mobile in the mall on the way in. It was so easy, with a hassle free exchange. WTF. Such a pleasant experience at the mall, and such a god awful shitty experience at calloway. Anyway the guys at the T-mobile store at the mall were awesome, Thanks guys!! FYI - 17 year customer. Never missed or late on a payment. Way to treat a long time customer. I am contacting corporate. CJ was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, I walked out and went to a different location who would have the patience to work with me and answer my questions. Upon arriving I already knew it was going to be a bad experience when CJ walked away from us in the middle of me asking questions. He repeatedly talked over me and cut me off and never actually answered my questions. When I asked about pricing he said "I don't know, you do the math $15 something monthly maybe". I want to know how much my bill will be, not a rough estimate. They have the tools at their disposal to help people but he made it very clear that he was not wanting to do that. read more

Thank you for being so patient with them during this process and for explaining everything to them. You never rushed them which was awesome. And helped them transfer everyone from one phone to another and make sure all the phones were ready to use .I was just there helping them make the switch as I'm already a T-mobile customer. But as I was already there I decided to upgrade my iPhone XR to an iPhone 11 thanks to the amazing Cynthia who worked her magic ! She helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone as well as to pair my Apple Watch . I am absolutely thankful for both of them. And beyond that I am very pleased as to how clean and careful they were with sanitizing their work stations and making sure every customer kept their mask on. Just purchased a new iPad for Christmas and i really can not say enough about their customer service! Cynthia patiently went over the different options they had and answered all of our questions. After choosing the iPad we wanted, their store manager drove to another location to pick it up for us since they didn't have it in stock. When Cynthia noticed we weren't set up for autopay, she quickly enrolled us and saved us $10 per month. Since the iPad payment plan worked out to $18 per month-- that meant, that we only had to pay $8 per month for the iPad! I really appreciated her willingness to help us out and also save us money in the process. The store location is extremely clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It honestly felt like i was talking to a friend. Super satisfied customer and my daughter is going to be extremely happy when she finds out "Santa" got her the iPad she wanted!! If you are looking for a new device-- i highly recommend coming to this T-Mobile!! You will not be disappointed!! read more

Ugh. We went to T-Mobile to switch from Verizon upon several of my coworkers recommendations. We were greeted and helped by Maritza. I explained we wanted to switch three lines over, keep our phone numbers, trade in our old phones and get new phones. I asked if they had an employment discount and was happy to hear that even though they didn't offer one, they would not only match my Verizon discount but would also round up a few dollars. I thought we were off to a good start but didn't have my ID to start the process.... so me, my husband, my mom and my 8 month old baby ran back home to get my ID. Once we returned, Maritza proceeded to help us again by promptly running my credit. Everything went down the drain from there. We still owe a little on two of the three devices we want to switch over. Maritza explained T-Mobile offers a "get out of the red" deal. Cool, I like that. She really makes me happy when she says they're doing a BOGO promotion! My husband can't wait to get the iPhone XS Max. Then after I start asking questions to make sure the deal isn't too good to be true, Maritza has to ask her coworkers some questions to confirm what she can do for us. She asks us what phones we want and we learn they don't have one we want. We ask if they can get it from another store but it's getting close to closing so she offers to have one shipped to us in 2-3 days. That doesn't work because my husband can't go without a phone at his job. We discuss if we can wait to switch his phone out after the new one comes in. Maritza goes to ask Brian (who I assumed was some kind of manager).... when she comes back she has horrible, deal-breaking news. All the sudden they can NOT: -match the employment discount (which Brian helped her with when we first came in) -offer the "get out of the red" program or, -provide the BOGO promotion So I told her, not only did you just back out of every incentive you said T-Mobile offered, you ran my credit WITHOUT asking/telling me you were going to and before even checking to make sure you had the phones we wanted in the first place. She apologized and said she thought she was just creating a profile for us..... ARE YOU SERIOUS? I was very clear when I walked in stating what I was there for. She offered us her business card on our way out. No thank you. Won't be having her help us IF we decide to give T-Mobile another try. For that headache I'd rather just keep over-paying Verizon. At least their customer service reps know what the hell they are doing and when you tell them what you want, they get it done. read more

My husband and I walked into this T-Mobile store to purchase a Coral color iPhone XR.. We were helped by Mariah and she advised us they did not have the color I wanted but she could order it from another store which is about 20 min away. We were supposed to be porting a number over from Verizon and she advised us to add the line first then make the port over, but we didn't want to do it unless they had the phone we wanted. She said she would have the phone for us the next morning and asked if we wanted to add the line that day. We said no, we want to do it once the phone is here in store.. she advised we had to be there and have our ID in hand to add the line...ok we left.. next morning we receive a text at 8 am "Thank you for adding your new line" REALLY???? After she told us we had to be there, she added it without our consent. We are NEVER doing business at this dishonest and unethical location. Thankfully Santi and Will at Tmobile at the Valley Mall and they helped us solve this issue. read more

I went in about a year ago with a broken phone purchased a refurbished phone I had for about a week and it was a piece of crap and didn't work I went in for help on what to do and they said I had to pay insurance on another piece of crap refurbished phone and some guy working talked me into a new phone so I purchased the iPhone XS a case and a tempered glass screen. Was told if anything broke out of the 3 items I bought I would get it replaced.
