Worst customer service ever I work in customer service industry and they were not helpful at all. when I went in to figure out how to transfer a line they weren't helpful and the vibe felt unwelcoming I finally got to speak to someone to actually help me other than that they wanted to send me to the "corporate store" on California until someone else finally guiding me through the transferring of a phone line Some guy with long black hair in a pony tail kept saying no to every try question I would ask him Def not going back I only gave it one star because of the main person that actually helped read more

Even though I had a phone that was not compatible with Verizon, they allowed me to trade in an iPhone xR for an IPhone 14 with a small fee. My mom and I recently went in as a last ditch effort to get a better deal on a phone plan and 3 new phones before we switched to a different server. We have been costumers for over 13 years and were ready to switch to T-Mobile. Auggie helped my mom and I with our plan and new phone deals and kindly/ patiently waited on us as we also had to call Verizon's corporate line. This Verizon store is EXCEPTIONAL especially when Auggie is working. We went in on 6.15.21, unfortunately I forgot to get the managers name, however he was also extremely helpful and kind. They did not have the phones we wanted at that location so the manager drove across town to Rosedale during rush hour to get our phones for us! We could not believe how friendly and thoughtful these gentleman were. All that to say, our 3 hour visit to Verizon was successful with a STEAL of a deal on our service plan AND new phones, thanks to Auggie and his Manager. Though it was a long visit, part of the time was spent on the phone with corporate , then waiting for our phones to be graciously delivered to us and last; with Auggie making sure all of our info was transferred thoroughly. Came here to inquire about connecting a phone my brother brought with him from outside the country. Not only that the first person who tried to help us doesn't know how to help us, the person he tried to get to help was rude and didn't even take time to look at the phone we have or check it. He simply told us that it wouldn't work because it's not a Verizon phone and it's from outside the country. And when I asked if he thinks the corporate store can help, he says "Maybe"... And he continues to reason out, "Because there's a lot of things we just can't do here as a retail store. We're kinda limited on what we can do." Totally left a bad taste in my mouth. This store is the best Verizon store I have ever gone to! I would much rather visit them rather than going to the corporate locations. The customer service here is MARVELOUS no matter how dumb my questions are, they always manage to understand and help me with my problems. They always take care of me and keep a smile on my face. This is my second time into this store with help with a prepaid account. Both times I needed to buy a new phone. This time my touch screen wasn't working, but I could receive phone calls with my blue tooth. I asked if the touch screen can be turned back on. She read from the computer, that no it could not be turned back on because it was broken. Then stated she could try a restore, to see if that would fix the problem. O.K. what could it hurt. The restore took about 2 minutes, really quick. Oh but the phone can't be set up if the touch screen is not working. Now I can't even receive calls with the phone. But I can buy a new one for 150 - 200. I wish I would have been told this before the restore. That is all read more

I went to this location to upgrade my phone and was helped by a man named Christian. He was brilliant he knew how to work the iPhone and transfer my things. The problem first started when the transfer was taking a long time and I had to come back the next day no big deal. So I come in the next day and the guy who helped me was not working so I asked if someone else could help me and not a single person knew how to transfer a iPhone and be able to keep my applications??!?! Plus was told that only the person that originally helped me could continue the transfer. I don't understand how that's possible so I keep going back every day trying to resolve this until almost a week later the manager Angeline calls threatening me to get into the store now to finish my phone or it will be wiped clean!?! She continued to cut me off and be extremely rude saying that they have gone above and beyond and I should be thankful. I'm sorry but this should never take more than a day and the lack of training showed. Never go to this location unless you get Christian to help you or you will be in for a huge disaster. The management doesn't know how to treat their customers with respect and should be accountable for the employees lack of knowledge. Sad to see the manager think she can talk to people the way she did to me. She even told me she didn't know how to transfer my phone either?! I could only respond to her with laughter asking how she even is a manager and her response is she doesn't need to know these things she's the manager. Wow good for you you've made it in life you get to wear a different color shirt and try to belittle people over the phone. Plus she was going to write up Christian for not transferring the phone fast enough when he only works part time and since she couldn't do her job blame it on someone else.
